Breathtaking Cave Experience ! - We had an incredible time at Rio Secreto, and it is truly one of the most unique and beautiful cave systems we have ever visited. We booked this through Norwegian Cruise Line, and they did a great job syncing our tour time with the ship’s schedule, so we never had to worry about the ferry or the cruise departure. Our tour guide, Filippe, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable. He was incredibly attentive to me since I am not a strong swimmer, and he made sure guests who felt claustrophobic stayed close to him. He even came to say a final goodbye before we headed back to the ferry, which was such a kind gesture. Special thanks also to our guide, Israel, who assisted us from the pier to the bus. The tour also included a delicious buffet-style Mexican lunch, which was a great way to end the day. If you are looking for a professional, well-organized, and stunning excursion, I highly recommend this tour!

An amazing geological hidden treasure! - We had an amazing experience at Rio Secreto. Terrific tour guide, Gustavo. Group of 4 Germans & 8 Canadians. Excellent, speaking in German then English seamlessly. We is a wealth of knowledge and paid close attention to our safety. I struggle with a poor hip, used a tour provided walking stick. Gustavo had me in the lead and personally held my hand guiding me through the pathway through the cave. Very attentive. I felt safe & enjoyed the tour thoroughly. You're in the cave for 1.5 hours. A portion of the tour is to swim, no worries you have a wetsuit, life jacket & helmet. Instructions before and throughout the tour were very clear. There is a photographer with every tour group so you can enjoy the tour and not be distracted taking photos. You have an opportunity to purchase the photos after the tour. A single photo costing $50USD was too steep for us. There is also a full package price. The lunch provided after the tour was delicious and much appreciated.

10/10 - Fantastic would recommend to anyone looking for an adventurous, active day! Imelda was a phenomenal guide, a member of our group had limited balance/ mobility, and she was accommodating and made sure everyone was safe and had fun!

Wonderful unique experience - Victor the tour guide was great. Bring water shoes if you have them (they can also provide) and they provide all the equipment and it was very clean. My 10 year old kid loved it. Magnificent formations and huge cave system. Our group was not a huge group only 8 people so felt very engaging. Food after was tasty. We took a taxi to and from, not the shuttle that was a little tricky but we figured it out. My only wish was that they would have let us bring my phone and take pictures, they have a photographer but the photographs were insanely expensive.

Thieves - Absolutely negative, if I could put 0, they are thieves, during the booking they ask you the point where to pick you up and leave shame that no one shows up. To be removed from Trip Advisor's recommendations
