Ok trip - We enjoyed the trip, Alexander who sold the trip was very professional and had great customer service.
On another note
We were suppose to have a boat take us out to the snorkeling area and was only told no boat just before entering the sea, which put a couple off going on the trip, we would of liked to have been told this prior to the trip starting, as we saw other groups entering boats and heading out to snorkel.
We were also suppose to watch Jaguars as part of the deal we paid for, this did not happen.
We feel a bit let down but the trip was fine but we wished there was more honesty with the tour guide.

Best customer service!!! - We booked a tour to swim with whale sharks but unfortunately due to the weather, the tour got cancelled. It was our last day in playa del Carmen so we couldn't reschedule it. David was our salesman and he was very helpful with us and treated us very well. Please give him a raise, he deserves it ☺️

Magical moment - An incredible day with a morning visit to the ruins of Tulum in French followed by a visit to a dry cenote and a cenote where we were able to swim. It was magical

Spectacular - Super recommended dive center.
Staff shows, very friendly people and very committed to the customer.
Few centers have that professionalism with diving and customer service.
I am not a 50 dive diver with my 700 dives and having been with many dive centers around the world, this could qualify as one of the best.
Thanks to all the components of the Scubacaribe family.

Cenote tour, an amazing place. - I highly recommend this activity. The place is perfect for family sharing, connects you in such a direct way with nature and allows you to understand how places like this are the product of something superior. Omar was super friendly and instructed us perfect about the site, likewise we provided all the facilities to make the experience very quality. Throughout the tour everything was extremely careful regarding the contingency hygiene measures, which is totally appreciated. The truth is that I would certainly repeat the experience.

Diving the Cenote with Pedro Ambrosi - We were taken on our first dives of the Cenote by Pedro Ambrosi who was an excellent dive instructor. He was clear and instructive and took account of our relatively inexperience whilst giving us the confidence to do the dive successfully. Really informative on the area and the culture surrounding the Cenotes too. Perfect diving experience.

So many activities in one day! - We went snorkeling with the turtles, swimming In 3 cenotes, attended a Mayan Ceremony, zilplined in the jungle all in one day. Our guide Rob was Fantastic as well as our photographer Luis. Highly recommend having the photographer take your pictures and purchasing a Zip drive. We stopped for lunch at an authentic restaurant tacos. Pricing was very reasonable for an entire day of activities

ScubaCaribe (watch out for subcontracting agencies) - Hello, we have been to Playa del Carmen last June and have hired 2 excursions with Scuba Caribe, Chichen Itza plus a Cenote and the second to Cozumel.
Chichen Itza’s we did with the Enterprise Beach of mine that was subcontracted by Scuba Caribe, the guide was Reet Velazco (re dense) who apart from doing his work as a guide asked us silver for everything, for the bathroom, for the driver, for him, etc, etc. A MESS.
The excursion to Cozumel we did with the Enterprise Good Vibes also subcontracted by Scuba Caribe, the truth is EXCELLENT, the guide is called Mario and Cesar the guide on the catamaran, veryy good everything and super recommended.

Great diving but.. - I had 4 dives with this dive shop. All 4 were nice (2 in Playa and 2 in Cenotes), the staff was friendly and helpful, the divemaster was very good and helped me a lot in the Cenote El Pit.
What makes me rate them average is the total lack of interest following an incident that I had between the 2 cenote dives. I slipped on the wet steps and fell while wearing all the gear and twisted my ankle badly. I know it wasn't their fault but what I found disappointing is the fact that nobody contacted me afterwards to check how I was feeling. That night I had to go to hospital as the pain and swelling was getting worse and I ended up having my foot put in cast and spent 10 days walking with crutches. I think Scubacaribe knowing there was an incident on their trip, should had shown some interest but they didn't.
