Cozumel - We took a tour from Playa del Carmen, in Cozumel Luis met us with the magnificent catamaran and everything was incredible!!!! We loved the activities and the sky and cielito are beautiful wow!! At the Beach Club Playa Mia the food was very varied and delicious, the beach is beautiful and the staff was very friendly, I wish we had stayed longer but we enjoyed several activities, thank you!!!

Great I would say - Great choice for a relaxing day in Cozumel. Crystal clear sea, slides and water games for boys, water slide, remarkable pool with whirlpool. Possibility to eat and drink at low cost. Shopping between a dip and a walk, what about.. Yeah. Very affordable price

Vendor Andrés is a blackmailer and so is the Playa del Carmen supervisor. - I want to start by saying that the seller Andrés de Playa Mia is a liar when we scammed with a high cost of the tickets of each of those of my family group, I explained that I should charge me the proper and he played the stranger not answering the phone or the messages, I spoke with the supervisor and it was just as blackmail as Andrés, short story everyone here on the beach of mine is colluded to scam the tourist. The tour is cute, but you are not offered anything to eat on board and you arrive at the restaurant, eat and you have to leave immediately back to the island, you do not enjoy any of the 110 USD you spend for each or 2000 MXN. I really think there are better options for tours.

Tourist trap - This is 100% a tourist trap. Avoid unless you are OK with way overpaying for a very mediocre experience of being herded like chattel and packed in like sardines. This was sold as a party boat. It's not. Drinks start after the snorkeling, around 3pm This was sold as having a-la-carte premium food. It's not. Literally the worst buffet imaginable. Even made me sick. This was sold as having premium drinks. The margs at Playa Mia tasted like sugared gasoline. We were told we'd be able to get a ferry back to PDC right after the tour. We arrived at the ferry port before 5pm. The next boat didn't leave until something like 7:30pm Snorkeling is very mediocre. You can do better just by renting a snorkel set and swimming out a bit from virtually any place in Qunintana Roo. Dudes on the boat were super nice and hard working. Bathrooms were clean. Staff (except the grumpy bartenders at Playa Mia) were all fantastic, so the review isn't meant to reflect on them.

Unwritten age restriction, be advised - We booked through Playa Mia and arrived at 11am meeting time at the Cozumel Playa Mia office. We were then told there is a 70 age restriction and we are 73 and 74. We were told it was on the web page. (not true and did not find restriction on any other major booking site.) Funds were returned but it was too late to book other tours. We ride Segway almost all our travels without incident or restriction. We are fit and in good health. Just beware. We were out of anything but a walk around town due to lack of notification. Hopefully this has changed.
