Cozumel Snorkel Trip - Communication with the company was speedy and simple. Pickup arrived on time. It was a suv, only about 10 minutes from our hotel in Playacar to the ferry terminal then a 5 minute walk to the tour office. At the tour office we were taken through the itinerary for the day, given our return ferry tickets, outbound 9:00am, return 4:00pm. They also took our picture so the boat crew would recognise us, The ferry crossing was about 35 minutes. On arriving on Cozumel the boat dock was a 2 block walk. Only about 5 minutes away. We were soon checked in and off on the boat. The boat held about 20 people. We were issued with life jackets, snorkel and face mask. Music on the boat was way too loud. The first snorkel stop was about a 45 minute boat ride away. This was in fairly deep water. Just jump off the side of the boat. Lots of fish swimming near the surface. Not much narration from the guide, but quite nice swimming round with the fish close by. If anything, this stop was a little too long. Second stop was in shallower water. Still no chance of touching the bottom, this was a sandy area with quite a few starfish. The guide was trying to get people to go under the water for a photo with the starfish. Other than the starfish, not much else here. Final stop was in a shallow area, about waist deep. This was a lunch stop, the crew on the boat made plates of guacamole, chips, fish ceviche with either beer, water or soda. There were quite a few sting rays swimming round here looking for food. Quite a nice stop. After lunch it was about a 45 minute boat ride back to the dock. All I. All quite a nice day out, not much narration from the crew but lots to see and do,

Dream Experience - It was a unique experience that I will never forget, it is a beauty that nature gives us, I want to thank Julio, Gerardo Vega and Armando our guides for doing so excellent their work, everything was very very nice, I would do it again, thank you and do not stop making this great experience! Love him.

Best time ever! - Highly recommend! It was a great time even with kids! We would do it again for sure! The crew were so professional and fun!

Starfish everywhere 👌🏽 - Undoubtedly Cozumel is one of the most beautiful islands in our country, crystal clear water, white sands and different shades of blue in the sea. To get to know the island I recommend renting a motorbike and turning it all around to feel part of it! But the most important thing and what you should do is go to the sky “” flame as that is where the starfish live. You must rent a boat or a tour to reach the area, remember that the starfish DO NOT TOUCH, also avoid putting blockers that damage the ecosystem, protect your skin after immersing yourself in all activities! Let's take care of the species! Visiting Cozumel and being in heaven is something you should do on your next visit!

Must see if you're in the Playa area. - Great time despite running into delays with the pick up and a stalled engine on the boat. The guide and boat crew were attentive and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The locations visited were incredible.

Poorly organized - Poorly organized. We were quoted 8 am at departure point and transfer and organization of all groups to the departure port in Cozumel took 4 hrs. Bad food for the price The same Tour you get up to 30% cheaper directly in Playa del Carmen The reefs are beautiful and if you must visit but perhaps there is better and more organized alternative

Beautiful disaster - I had a love/hate with this trip. Firstly, we got picked up 30 minutes late.. When we finally got picked up, we sat on the bus for awhile and drove to a gas station where we were transferred to another bus. Our tour guide was a complete disaster. When we arrived to the Ferry to Cozumel he made us all go wait in this horrendous line, and then disappeared for the duration of our wait in the line. (Before he disappeared he gave us ham and mayonnaise sandwich’s for breakfast) We were all concerned about how we were going to get on the Ferry. He shows back up in the Knick of time. He didn’t give us any instructions of where to go. When we arrived at Cozumel we followed someone we recognized since we didn’t know the meeting place. He eventually shows up and we wait there for almost an hour because someone in the group was lost (probably due to lack of directions). This hour we waited was in the direct sunlight. We finally got sent away in taxi’s while he waited for the lost tourists. We were sent only with a name. So we start searching around for this person and find their mother.. She takes half of us to a small boat where we met our Captain. This is where the trip got mostly better. It was a 40 minute ride on the boat, but his boat was having problems and died over and over on our way to the reef. We ended up having to get rescued to get to go back. Snorkeling was amazing and beautiful as everyone knows. When we were done they took us to a restaurant where we met up with our disaster tour guide. I was served enchiladas with so many bones in the chicken, I couldn’t eat it. After this, we waited around for a big taxi and he couldn’t find one so he sent us to the ferry in small groups, again with no instructions. So basically Cozumel was beautiful but the guide and the process was awful.

Lousy Service - Never do any activity with the Cucurumbe agency, we were scammed and cheated terribly, they are the worst and I leave very disappointed
