New, comfortable and nice ferry. 👌🏽 - Good service and very new and clean Ferries! I recommend buying your tickets on their website and they save time. I liked this company. We took it to Playa del Carmen to go to Cozumel Island. 🏝️ They have areas inside and tmb outside, if you are one of the people who dizzy easy do not go outside because you feel more the movement of the tide. And don’t wear hats or goggles because they can be blown off. Heed the instructions of the staff, I had to see many foreign people doing wrong things and they had to give them away several times. Like getting very close to the shore while in motion. If you are carrying suitcases, wait for your ticket to be put in and your voucher to claim it when you arrive at the terminal.

Excellent service - Clean, modern ferry. The staff/crew was pleasant, professional and accommodating. They provided wheelchair service for me in Playa del Carmen as it’s a very long pier. They also assisted me getting on and off the ferry.

Second Level Sickness - I have travelled by ferry a couple of times before so I know what is expected. We boarded the attractive looking ferry from PDC around 10:30AM and the ocean was rough; several people were vomiting on the second level. The staff were handing out barf bags like they were Halloween treats. At the first sign of hearing someone purge, on came my mask to protect me from airborne aerosolized particles, as the risk of getting sick when someone near you vomits is high. I had no issues with the ferry, the seats were comfortable and it was a relaxing ride, until the vomit party.
