Incredible experience - I went on the Chichenitza tour and the truth is that it was incredible. They seem like places with a lot of history and tradition and the tour was very good. Everything was very well explained and friendly. My whole family loved it 10 out of 10

DO NOT BOOK with this company - We were told we would get home by 8pm but my husband and I did not get home until 2:30 in the MORNING the next day because of full negligence from this company.Our van driver managed to pop the same tire TWICE, leaving me, my husband , a mom and her baby, and another family stranded on the side of the road late at night without any food, water, or bathroom. The company did not send help to us until 4 hours of being stranded. During the excruciating period, we did not receive any updates from the company on when the help would be arriving. We had to wait in a cramped van for several hours, not knowing when we would be getting out of there or who would be coming. You would think that after paying $166 plus $140 for taxes and life jackets they charged me at the pick up, that the company you are paying would actually give a damn about your experience. But after going back and forth with this company, they refused to reimburse me and my partner for their negligence, incapacity, and mental and physical distress we endured during this trip. This is completely unacceptable, I have been on several tours and I have never been treated in this manner. I do not wish that type pf treatment on anyone…spend your money somewhere else and always read the reviews.
