Great experience, looking froward to doing it again! - Had a blast! Alma was a great guide. Felt like a day out with mates. I got picked up and dropped off in Tulum, everything went smoothly. I was recommended The Cenote Guys by friends that used them in the past, would happily pass on that recommendation!

Angelita + Dos Ojos - Amazing experience. I did the Angelita and Dos Ojos cenotes and both were equally impressive. Angelita was more technical but our dive instructor Alma was very accommodating. 10/10 if you wanna see disappear onto the hydrogen clouds or navigate otherworldly cave formations.

Awesome First Cenote Dive - Two great dives at Dos Ojos travelling from PDC with The Cenote Guy. The dives were super easy to book online thanks to Dani, and our guide Don was very friendly, helpful and informative. Don also did a great job of making sure we didn’t get bunched up with the other groups in the cenote so it felt less crowded. Would highly recommend the Bat Cave and Barbie Line for anyone new to cave or cenote diving—you definitely get the cave feeling but without any claustrophobia or difficult passages.

The Cenote Guy👍 - We had a short stay in PDC and wanted to dive a cenote as part of our trip to Mexico. Having spoken to a few companies, getting quotes etc, I decided to research who has the best reviews and “The Cenote Guy” came back as a strong contender so thought we’d give them a try. I’m so glad we did because not only were they the most cost effective, they offered a brilliant service. All the booking was done online which was hassle free and I did the day before sunbathing on the beach. The next day we met up at 8am and a lovely lady called Anna was to be our guide. She drove us to Dos Ojos for a 2 tank dive (4 of us in total). The dives were a magical experience ( Barbie line and Bat Cave) and one we won’t forget. Thank you “The Cento Guy”. Dont hesitate to book these guys, you won’t regret it.

Wonderful three dive day with Alexi - Just finished a fantastic day with Alexis doing the three dive Cenote option with my 15 year old son. Alexis was such a great dive guide, totally read all of the situations beautifully, was fun to be around, allowed quite time that wasn't awkward in the car. The dives were great, he did a wonderful job of telling us what to expect and prepared us well. Even when we made silly mistakes, he brought them to our attention in a very friendly and gentle way. I would absolutely recommend Cenote Guy and Alexis. Remember to tip your guides!!

Amazing trip - amazing guide — fantastic, reliable diving xompany ! - We went on this two dive trip with Don. It was our first experience in a cenote. Pure magic! And Don was careful, attentive, enthusiastic — everything you’d want in a dive master. The entire experience was completely fantastic. Also — the cenote guy people were easy to communicate with and really responsible and careful. I felt safe and like everything was clear on all sides at all times. The equipment was in great shape too and they supplied lunch ! 5 stars all around !

First class dive shop at Playa Del Carmen - Right out of the bat it was an amazing experience. Our first day of diving with Don was at Dos Ojos. Amazing place to dive with amazing dive leader. Our second day started on a negative note due to traffic in Playa but eventually we did two extraordinary dives with Sebastian at Carwash and Angelita. Angelita was so good and mesmerizing that I would do a few more dives there if it were possible. Both dive leaders put the safety first and let us be under their watchful eyes. Cenote Guys exceeded all our expectations, and thanks to them, we had great dives in cenotes. I strongly recommend them if you ever plan to come to Yucatan for cavern and/or cave diving.

Highly recommended dives and dive operators. - Pepe was our guide and that man is a legend! If you are making a reservation, ask for Pepe. He was detailed in his dive planning and very relaxed about the whole process. Everywhere we went, everyone knew Pepe. We actually did a custom set of 3 dives. It was a great day and the cenotes Dos Ojos and Little Brother were amazing. If you dive and you're in the area you would be crazy if you don't do these dives.

Bucket list experience, loved every second - We had an amazing day doing 2 dives in Dos Ojos. Booking this activity was easy as Dani explains everything and answers all your pre existing questions on whatsapp. She’s very fast in answering too. It was our first cavern dive and we felt safe the whole time. Don explained the guidelines before going in and checked on the group during the whole dive. We were blown away from the beauty of it and can not recommend enough this activity. This is a bucket list experience. You can take your go pro if you wish.

Horrible dive - I became sick and couldn’t five day 1, they encouraged me to dive sick or they would still charge me full price. I couldn’t dive and they proceeded to charge me full price. I tried the next day but after first dive I was still sick. I should not have been in the water but was pressured by them that I paid so I should dive. I had to sit out second dive. The dive I did do was boring as there was no life in the cenote. I gave them 2 stars as they did have good equipment, great guide but question their safety protocols. They literally punished me for choosing not to dive because I was sick.
