magical holbox island - It is an island 1:30 minutes from the beach but it is worth the trip, pure nature, very nice and quiet beaches, no waves, very nice for older people too, excellent food

Beautiful Lagoon - It was a long trip from Playa del Carmen, but my son and I truly enjoyed the lagoon. While I could not find any tropical fishes there, I still enjoyed the beautiful lagoon.

Amazing place a must see - My favorite tour so far We went in a very comfortable bus that had usb charging spot in every row of seats. Our guide was great very informative and nice. I ordered the chicken chilaquiles and ohm they were delicious. The cenote was beautiful. The beach club was nice (great place to relax). On our way back there was a protest in the street so we waited on the bus for 3 extra hours which made us get home around 12am. But hey not fault to the tour guide or driver Be ready to have a great time

Good trip but disappointed after sales follow up - The tour today was great. The guide Caesar was also very good but the company didn't respond to my privately reported issues for improvement. This after sales service was a bit disappointing. I think I should let others to be aware of those issues. There were two things we hope that I thought the company could improve : 1. The description of the tour was too brief. We had read many times that it didn't state we could swim in the lake. It just mentioned we can enjoy the water, which could have different meanings. As a result, we didn't bring along with our swimming suit. 2. I got the whatsapp message from the company just few days before the trip reminding us that we have to pay MXN450 to the guide but eventually the guide told us it should be USD25. If we pay by peso, the rate was 20, so we had to pay MXN500 each. I believed this was the company policy but for us it's a bit confusing. Both the message and the information in our booking stated clearly that it's MXN450 for each person. We felt quite confusing. I think it can be stated clearer.

Bad agent experience. Used TripAdvisor/viator to have everything ready and it be stress free and it was not that way. - Our trip started out very stressful. The person in charge of arranging the van to pick us up made the reservation for 2 our tickets was for 3. All of this is fine, human error however the van had no space fir the 3 of us and we were left behind and asked to speak yo our agent. When i did this I was again asked to arrange myself for a taxi and get yo the meeting poi t in time. I got us a cab and then the entire way the agent kept pressuring me asking how much longer. I felt very stressed after I HAD to get our own transportation she kept texting and acted like she didn’t believe my answers. Mind you we did get a refund for the cab, the least they could do I felt that it was very unpleasant and stressful.

So disappointing - We were given an appointment outside our hotel at 6:35. A mini van picks us up on time and we go around the hotels to finally find the bus at 7:10 a 40m from our hotel.. bad organization, we would have preferred to reach the bus directly at 7:10, waste of time. We arrive at our first destination at 11:00. (4h25 drive!!! We expected 3h) nice cenote but no more then restaurant for breakfast (suffice to say we were hungry for a while) long wait, we ate cold and it was really not good. Then we go to bacalar for swimming, it was nice. Then towards the boat (clearly the prettiest and most exotic) I really advise Bacalar but without going through this excursion. Then 5pm restaurant which was very good to him. We chose an English guide. We had a guide who spoke 90% of the time in Spanish then occasionally translated one or two sentences into English.. we missed information. The only sentences that were systematically translated were for us to ask for tips... In my opinion, this is not a guide but a companion. We learned nothing, found the time long and no effort was made. A small bottle of water is provided only in the boat so not before 3pm, take yours (and eat!!) In short, I do not recommend. Pass your way

A disaster .. - This excursion was a disaster. First of all, the description promises you a day in a small group of 12. This is not the case. Admittedly the van that picks you up is 12 places but once you have gone around the 5/6 hotels to pick up other tourists here and there (already 40min lost), they put you on a bus with about 50 other people. A narrow bus where a medium-sized person like me (1m68) does not have enough room to put his legs on.. After a 4-hour drive, you’ll find a first stop in a café around a cenote, which is not unusual, for having made others in the region. This café where you are told at the end of Service that drinks are not included. Oops! too late, you have already consumed thinking that these were drinks included in the excursion. 130 € anyway .. besides don’t forget to take water with you since no drink, even water, will be given to you .. I had never seen this before. Either, we then take you to a beach club with a small beach for 1 hour. The setting is nice.. After that, we FINALLY take you to the long awaited 7 colors lagoon. It's already 2:00. You are urged to go on a boat with a guide, who does not speak a single word of English.. However, the setting is idyllic. Unfortunately, the pleasure is short-lived since after a boat ride of 20min, we have only 15 min in the water. Too bad. At 4 pm, lunchtime... again, drinks are not included. Service at the restaurant is the minimum, the music is much too loud and the dishes passable and in very small quantities. 17h, departure time, again 4h endless bus for those staying in PLAYA del carmen.. Catastrophic day. To flee!!
