Swimming with turtles - 4 hours is just right and you have a big part of the day left to do other things. Pablo our guide was very helpful and friendly

Ideal setting and excursion! - Very good experience with Israel and Luis. Very friendly and attentive. They give water and chips. Guides in the water tell you the animals. We have seen 4 turtles, manta ray, colorful fish etc

We saw a lot of marine fauna, ray blankets, fish, turtles of all sizes. - We made the experience of swimming with turtles, I highly recommend it. All the super friendly staff are aware that nothing is missing and you have an unforgettable time. Highlight the good treatment of Jaris and Cesar very fun and attentive.

Snorkelling with turtles and Cenote experience - Great experience! From the beginning the travel agent communicate with me efficiently and informative through whatsup. Driver pick up is at where we lived. The tour guide, Mario Camas is humorous , and makes the trip more fun and easy, he kept the group close and safe, telling us each step, makes us feel secured. Snorkeling with turtles and Worth going Cenote are memorable and definitely recommended!

Amazing 🐢 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pablo was super friendly and really made our tour amazing — thank you! Communication was excellent from start to finish. They messaged us back right away through Viator when we asked about transportation, and also reached out on WhatsApp beforehand to confirm all the details of the trip. We saw so many turtles, and since we were the only ones in the group, we even had the option to stay for two hours! It was such a great tour, and we made amazing memories. Thank you so much, Pablo!

Fabulous seeing the... - Fabulous seeing the turtles just hanging around. Tour felt a little like I was a burden as I was the only one doing the tour. I was on a minibus with a tour to Tulum so got dropped off to see the turtles in Akumal beach, got handed over to a guide who told me to wait for other people! After about 30 minutes I got to snorkel, then after the snorkelling I had about 1 1/2 hours to waste until I got picked up again. Then the Tulúm tour people got to snorkel with the turtles and I got to go back to the hotel by myself. I’m sure if there are other people doing the same tour it wouldn’t feel the same!
Also the tour forgot to tell me the meeting time wasn’t what was stated on the booking but was actually 1 1/2 hours later!!
