Such a cute experience! Customer service was super great as well. Was my family and I first time doing the carriage ride & we will be doing again!! We got the princess carriage for my 5 year old!! Def worth it!!

Pleasant driver and enjoyable ride.

This was our first experience with the carriage rides. It was a work outing and everyone enjoyed it. Our driver Joseph was very friendly and entertaining. We loved it and will be back again next year.

The lighted princess carriage was awesome! Joseph made the experience enjoyable. Also, the woman who greeted us made our 3 year old daughter feel like a princess when she told our daughter her carriage had arrived. It’s amazing how you all kept the schedule with as much traffic as there was. Excellent experience. Thank you!

Driver seemed to be under the influence of mind altering drugs. Other carriage drivers were asking her if she was OK, lost, or needed help. She had her 15 year old dog in her lap and that was her primary concern. That also prevented her from keeping 2 hands on the reins. She admitted to being lost and she even navigated us into Ohio Drive, outside of the community. She covered the same 2 streets 6 times! She was couldn't steer the horse and it made for a very stressful experience for the 2 adults who were asking her to stop covering the same 2 streets, offered to hold her dog, and asked her if she was OK. This was to be a special evening where 2 families met for the first time and we're confident she was not a representation of what this service is intended to be.
