At the distinctive Marina Warszawa, located on the scenic banks of the Vistula River, guests are welcomed to a two-hour tasting experience featuring traditional dishes and Polish liqueurs, all presented in a setting that is both authentic and contemporary.

• Dinner

Start with a slice of fresh bread topped with lard, which is also available in a vegetarian version, and paired with pickled cucumbers. Next, delight in the traditional sour rye soup, Żurek.

For the main course, relish four varieties of dumplings: cheese and potato, meat, millet with Korocin cheese and mushrooms, and cabbage with mushrooms. For dessert, treat yourself to a warm apple pie made from Polish apples, served with ice cream, and accompanied by coffee or tea.

Each dish is paired with a thoughtfully chosen Polish liqueur. During dinner, enjoy an aperitif featuring regional vodka, five regional liqueurs (20ml each), and a traditional Old Polish vodka (20ml), all carefully selected to enhance each course’s flavor and introduce you to new taste combinations. A signature drink made with Polish cherry liqueur will accompany your apple pie. A carafe of lemonade and water is also provided at the table.
