• Pismo Beach - Enjoy a delightful ride on electric bikes along California’s renowned coastline, traveling from Pismo Beach to Mulligan’s in Avila Beach and back. Experience the stunning views of the coastal bluffs and the quaint town of Shell Beach as you ride along the Pacific Coast. Then, explore the tree-lined Bob Jones Trail, where the soothing sounds of San Luis Obispo Creek and glimpses of native flora and fauna await. The coastal scenery is truly world-class! At the hilltop, be prepared for a breathtaking view of Port of San Luis. We’ll pause at Mulligan’s, where you can purchase a snack and beverage, and perhaps enjoy a game of corn hole. It’s a perfect spot for capturing amazing photos. After our brief stop, we’ll return to Pismo’s iconic pier for some selfies, and then head back to Pedego Electric Bikes in Pismo Beach.
• Dinosaur Caves Park - With stunning coastal views, you’ll witness beautiful sea birds soaring over the ocean and resting on nearby cliffs. You might even spot a whale or dolphin swimming by! If you join us between June and November on the first Sunday of the month, you’ll experience the Art in the Park festival. It’s a wonderful chance to enjoy incredible art and culture amidst the breathtaking scenery.
• Shell Beach - South Palisades Park is a charming six-acre neighborhood park perched on a bluff above the Pacific Ocean. Don’t miss the opportunity to cruise the one-mile trail, taking in the breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the cliffs. The lush green grass is simply amazing! Of course, we’ll pause for some photos!
• Avila Beach - At the top of the Avila Beach Golf Course, we’ll stop at Mulligan’s Bar & Grill, where you can purchase a snack and beverage, and perhaps enjoy a fun game of corn hole. Mulligan’s offers a panoramic view of California’s coolest little craft harbor, Port San Luis! The original breakwater dates back to before the 1900s. Today, it’s a popular spot for recreational sailing and fishing. Plus, the port features three piers, one of which you can drive on. How cool is that? Additionally, there’s a pier supporting Cal Poly’s Center for Coastal Marine Sciences research and educational facility. It’s a view not to be missed!
• Pismo Beach Pier Plaza - Pismo Beach boasts a fantastic, iconic wooden pier. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone on the central coast. We’ll stop to capture a few selfies in front of the famous Pismo Beach letters, perfect for Instagram. We’ll spend a few minutes people-watching and enjoying the families arriving and departing from the beach. The vibe is eclectic and not to be missed!

• Please Note: This tour includes biking on city streets alongside vehicle traffic, including stretches with and without designated bike lanes. During the summer and on weekends, traffic can be heavier, especially along the frontage road between Shell Beach and Avila Beach. Riders should be comfortable sharing the road and making turns across traffic when needed.
