Only Brazilians - Driver passed home within schedule. Everything ok regarding the agency that took us there, so 5 stars. The problem is in the Brazilian, many Brazilians only go to take pictures and post on Instagram, interfering with our experience. At the time of the legend, that they prepare the whole scene, in a dark environment to give a mood, the Brazilians are filming with the flash on. The desire to give a blow. It is better to go to a smaller winemaker with fewer people to have a more private experience, and not full of ignorant Brazilian people

The winery tour was... - The winery tour was informing and fun. The tour ran little late getting there while we picked up other guests. Once we arrived we really enjoyed the tour.

Pleasant experience - Pleasant experience, with tasting and stroll through a beautiful garden. I think you could leave the visitors some free time to enjoy the place.

Good experience - The experience of the vineyard itself was very good and cool, but we arrived a few minutes late due to problems with traffic and other passengers which made us miss a part of the guided tour in the vineyard, out there the tour was very good and the driver was very polite and friendly.

Good experience - It was a good experience, the tour was in Portuguese and we know a good part of the vineyard. However, as it was in a shared vanity, some people were late. And the city traffic didn't help the turn. Worth the visit, but would go at a time that is not traffic and with patience to face possible delays.

Super recommended - The attention of both the driver and the guide were excellent. The tour was very pleasant, the place is beautiful. It was a rainy day so I couldn't appreciate the vineyards in all their splendor, my recommendation is that they have umbrellas for visitors, from then on I loved the place and the experience.

Beautiful winery, reception company left something to be desired. - The winery is beautiful and the tour is interesting, but the company MTO, responsible for the transfer from the hotel to the winery, does not respect the scheduled times. The exact time for departure from the hotel was brought forward without a reasonable explanation. TripAdvisor, the company that brokered the sale, is inaccessible to broker solutions with the foreign company hired through its website. In fact, TripAdvisor does not seem to have a representative office in Brazil and does not pay attention to the ranking of the ReclameAqui website.

Two thumbs down - Transportation time misleading and inaccurate. Driver 45 mins late then took 1;30 drive time. Driver spoke no English but used translator device. Was billed as a private tour but was actually 5 stops to fill up the bus Once at the winery the tour was very enjoyable. And wine very good

Very bad experience with this company MTO - A horrible experience. They failed to complete the tour, it was with cheese and wine tasting and it was only wine tasting. When we claimed they did not respond and did not return us to the hotel, it was our own turn because we had another tour in the afternoon

They canceled my tour after the reservation was confirmed and payment was made. - I purchased two excursions today, received confirmation of the reservation and shortly afterwards I received a cancellation message via WhatsApp. I want to go on the tour tomorrow or get a refund.
