Wine tasting at a convenient time - We tested 7 wines. The last 4 tastings were paired with different type of cheese. We were a small group of 5 people which made it nice. I liked the idea that it was an afternoon tour rather than early morning .

Be sure to visit if you go to Santiago - We went alone with a rented car. We departed from the center of Santiago and the journey was very peaceful. The place is too beautiful. We went on a Friday and it was quite busy. They are very strict with tour times.

Imperdible - The whole visit was excellent. But I loved the part of tasting the various grape varieties. It is also worth including the tasting. It was extremely pleasant though it was relatively fast.

tour of the vineyard with explanations and tasting - I went to the vineyard through a tourist agent, but it is possible to buy the ticket at the portaria and join the groups that are coming. The tour is very interesting, walking through the terrain, seeing the gardens that are huge and well cared for, the planting of grapes, and can even taste the types without commenting on the wine tasting that is accompanied by a guide class. indispensable!

Fundamental - It is worth visiting the vineyard. We did the tour Marques de Casa Concha, with the harmonization of the wines that was quite interesting, before the conventional, which was also great. The Guide is very fun and attentive, not to mention the place and the presentation that are fantastic! For those who go "on account" see in advance their distance from the vineyard, since it is well away from the center, and the chaotic traffic of Santiago can make you miss the schedule!

I liked it, I just expected more - I expected more I thought they became very commercial, lost exclusivity. They're accelerating the tour to follow up with the next class. Could be better in my opinion

I do not recommend - The place is very beautiful. The groups are huge, it's not possible that all people in such a large group can listen to the information. Looks more like a race than a visit. The guide is in a hurry to finish. There was a little lady helping serve the tasting, who did not want to give me the third sample of wine suggesting that I would have already served myself. Demonstrating disorganization and arrogance. They put our group in a class already started after they let listen to the beginning of the next group to then invite us to retreat in a poorly polite way. The only attraction for kids is a very sweet sauce served in a cup for 8,000. My daughter was taking pictures with her Legos near a fountain and the guide came up asking who the parents were and asking to get her out of there. Since they don't worry about offering anything interesting to children, at least hire people with more touch. My suggestion is: look for wineries that have the minimum sensitivity to provide entertainment for children or that at least respect them.

Dangerous conditions with no support - Three reasons for the poor rating: 1) They actually sent a standard mini van with not 3 but 4 rows of seating and crammed 8 adults. No body was especially large but 6 inches of leg room is ridiculous. One passenger had a wheelchair that was stuffed in between 4 passengers. A deathtrap if we had an accident. 2) our 40 min travel took 2 hrs because they made so many inefficient stops to fill every seat. 3) Customer service just didn't care. The vinyard itself was great and the wine great too. I would definitely go, but with a different tour. First time I ever had such an experience. I hope they fix it.

Terrible Tour Operator. Extremely Unreliable! - I booked this tour with an English speaking guide on November 14, 2023 for Monday December 11 at 8:30am. On Sunday December 10th, the tour operator sent a message changing the tour with the English speaking guide to the afternoon. I was out on a day tour of Santiago at the time and did not see the email until I returned to my hotel after 4pm. I replied to the email at about 4:30pm saying that the change to the afternoon would be fine as long as I was back to my hotel by 6pm. I was flying home that evening. I needed to shower, change clothes, finish packing, get to the airport, get through security, etc. and felt that i needed to leave the hotel no later than 7pm. The tour operator replied that I would not be back to the hotel before 7:30pm and that they would cancel my reservation and give me a refund. I looked through Viator and could only find one other half day winery tour (for Underraga, instead of Concha & Toro) for December 11th. I attempted to make a reservation for that tour at 5:45pm. I went to sleep around 10pm an awoke to a message stating that the second tour operator declined the reservation. I had arranged to be in Santiago for three nights specifically for a tour of Valparaiso/Vina del Mar (day 1), a tour of Santiago (day 2), and a winery tour (day 3). I wasted $423.78 for the hotel night due to this incompetent tour operator. I had nothing to do on Monday December 11th except to lay around the hotel room, or walk around the streets close to the hotel. I feel the tour operator owes me a refund for the wasted hotel night.
