Excellent trip. George... - Excellent trip. George was a great guide and very professional. We fit a good amount in for a half day trip. The vineyard/port producer visit was lovely and very out of the way (in a good way) and the boat trip at Pinhao was a excellent. Would recommend.

Best Half Day Winery and Boat Tour - Great experience. They were punctual. The drive to the vineyard was scenic, and the driver was a local very proud and knowledgeable of the region. The vineyard was sooo gorgeous like taken out of a story book. So much history. The owner of the vineyard was so great he treated us like family visiting his home. We had a total of 3 wine tastings, bread with olives, jams, and like a tampanade like spread of olives. The last live oil was so amazing I wanted to drink it straight up, they have 100mL cans that you can buy to take on your carry on and they take cards. Then we went on a 1 hr boat ride and OMG how wonderful that experience was, best part they played Mama Mia on the boat which made it feel we were for a minute in Greece lol. It was all sooo wonderful. I loved it and it was definitely money well spent. We did the half a day tour I think it was great, but I can only assume the full day might be even better. Please take some cash and tip the guides they all really deserve it.

Duomo Wine Tour from Porto - The experience was amazing! Our tour guide Angelo, was informative, funny and had fun quizzes. Our winery stop was beautiful. The owner was an excellent host, making us feel like family. The experience included wonderful olive oil, wines tapanads and jams, all produce on site. The boat ride to follow was also beautiful. A quiet ride up the river and back, starting in Pinhao. We highly recommend this exoerience!

Douro Valley: A Half-Day, 1 winery, tatings & 1-h Boat tour - Juan was a wonderful tour guide, well connected to the area. We appreciated his conversation and knowledge of local history and wine. His love for what he does clearly shows throughout the tour. Beautiful boat ride, seated in own section with perfect view of landscape. We especially enjoyed visiting the family-owned winery. Everything shared with us was grown and produced in house.

Wines were delicious but not enough food. - Beautiful sites, lovely winery and friendly host. The wines & port were delicious but more cheese & bread would have been appreciated considering the amounts we sampled. The boat ride was nice.
