Spectacular - I repeated again, and the way I do the tours, I make the complete tour with stops at the miradouros to take photos tasting in a farm with 60 hectares of vineyards with excellent guided tour

Taste of Pinhao - We had such a lovely day. It was quite warm and Simon the guide was mindful and attentive to park in shady spots and run the AC. He was extremely informative and answered all our questions. I enjoyed the two hour boat ride and the train station art information. Lunch was a good deal and the outlook was stunning. Thank you for this opportunity!!

Wonderful time on the Douro - The combination of a boat ride on the river, a delicious local lunch in Pinhão and a tasting tour at Crofts made for an exciting and fun day. Our guide Simon was great - energetic, knowledgeable and entertaining.

Beautiful day tour. - The river cruise was very nice and entertaining. The audio guide was exciting. The staff should be equally friendly and attentive to all guests—not just to the Portuguese, which was strange... The subsequent tour, with a very good lunch in a lively yet cozy environment, a great port wine tasting with interesting information, a visit to the train station in Pinhão, and a drive to the panoramic viewpoint, was beautiful and an unforgettable experience thanks to our guide Simon! He made our day!

Great way to spend a day in the Douro - Relaxed pace, beautiful views both from the river and from the top of the hill looking over the valley, excellent lunch and the tour of Croft was both informative and picturesque.

Beautiful place and day hosted by wonderful people - It was a great tour. Luis was a great and knowledgeable host/guide. The boat ride was so beautiful and the two who skippered the boat were also great. The lunch provided by Manuela was outstanding! I love her. The wine tasting was fabulous as well. Such a beautiful area and the vineyards and winery were something out of a novel. Family owned. Our host at the winery while the owner was away was so impressive. His English was so good in spite of the fact that he learned it only in a few months. (Wish I could remember his name)

Pinhao day tour - Our boat guides were Diego and Kalil, they were both great, provided informative entertaining tour on the river. Afterwards we were picked up by Simon, he was also a great guide. The two wine tasting tours were excellent, the train station tour and Miradouro stop with Simon was also excellent. The only negative was the lunch. The service was good but the food was very sub-par. We had three options (if you have food intolerances or vegan etc) you won’t have any options. The lunch brings the rating to a 4 star, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Also, nice small group. 8 in our van, and we toured the day with two other vans for a total of about 18 people. Despite the poor lunch, I would still recommend this.

Waste of time. Low end experience. - Tour operator, Douro Tour, could care less about your experience. Boat tour "guide" was a recorded message on a loop. The only time we saw an employee was as he delivered 1/2 ounce pours of bad tasting cheap port wine. No safety message, no explanation of life saving devices, you are on your own during an emergency. Next stop, Croft winery, or as I call it Crap Winery. Bad wine monotone scripted tour that consisted of a 100 meter walk and back. The tasting was low end. The lunch was the worst bowl of gruel I have had during my two week trip to this beautiful country. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, our driver caused an accident. 40 minutes stranded and we missed the train station tour. No offer of a discount or any other compensation. My wife had saftey glass all over her from the blown out back window. This was no fender bender. What an awful way to drop over $300.00.
