Family Fun Trip - Fantastic arcade. Well stocked with games for all ages and prizes all across the building. Jeff helped us greatly as we cashed in our tokens and cards. We will be back!!!

Great place! - I want to give a huge shout-out to Jeff. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the moment we walked up. My kids couldn’t decide what they wanted, and instead of getting frustrated or rushing them, Jeff took his time, made suggestions, and genuinely helped them choose toys they would love. He was so sweet with the kids, he even chatted with them about Christmas, toys, and what they were excited for. You could tell he truly cared about making their experience fun and memorable, not just getting us through the line. Thank you for having an employee who is genuinely caring, respectful, and clearly loves what he does. Jeff made our visit special, and we appreciate him more than he knows!

Excellent service - Santiago and joshua were very kind and helpful during our visit and went above and beyond to take care of us! They greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door and wished me a happy birthday as well! We will definitely be going back when we return for another visit next year

Go to Arcade City! - Love the games. They have soda available which was a nice touch. We always visit when we are in Pigeon Forge. Highly Recommend
