Sunshine In 17 Bottles - This was a polished professional wine tasting tour closely integrated with 4 different “cellar doors” expertly organised and tied together by Keith. It was a glorious way to tour the Marlborough region. This was an onshore cruise day in Picton and we were kept well informed by the company at all stages with timings and directions. We tasted 17 wines in beautiful and comfortable locations given superb detail by the passionate experts at each cellar. The day was rounded off with a lunch of the highest quality providing the perfect end to an unforgettable day.

Highly recommended for wine and nature lovers - Small group so much better than Cruise ship excursions. Allows better interaction with wineries - and we can visit smaller operations Very good guide stayed with us at each stop

Great Wines - Gavin, our guide, was great! Tour left promptly. We stopped at the chocolate factory first and avoided the crowds. The wineries were very good.

Making new friends while drinking delicious wine - We loved this small group tour of 4 wineries in the Marlborough area. The wineries were all different and our guide James never made us feel rushed. We found it informative and we met a great group of people from our ship! Many new friends were made

Malborough wine tour - From start to finish this tour was great ! Having our host and driver was informative, courteous and very friendly. We visited 5 wineries all set in beautiful locations. We tried roughly 26 different wines and still made it back to our ship on time! Highly recommend this tour.

Great trip, good value, strongly recommended. - This was a great trip that took in 4 wineries in the region, with tasting of 4 or 5 different wines at every stop. The people explaining the wines/grapes/process were very knowledgable throughout, as was our guide Keith. Beautiful scenery was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Marlborough wine tour from Picton - Great tour. Glen was a good driver and guide and it was a fun day. Enjoyed the wineries especially the organic winery. Last winery was our lunch stop. It was average but would have preferred a winery that had snacks and cheese plates rather than full main meals. Overall a very good tour and would recommend.

Overall, a good... - Overall, a good experience, but a few things stopped it being 5/5. The group was difficult (a number of people didn't enjoy wine, on a wine tour??), and while this obviously isn't the fault of the guide, it seemed to sap their confidence a little bit, to the detriment of the rest of us who were really interested. The audio equipment in the van wasn't working properly, so the guided commentary was often inaudible. This wasn't the fault of the guide, but more of a company maintenance issue. The places we visited were generally pretty good, but at a couple of them the tastings were extremely brief, and we felt a bit like cattle. We enjoy wine tours because we get to learn about the region, the wines made, the vineyards themselves, and the history.
