Excellent Transportation Service - Asher was my driver and he was Amazing!! He greeted us with such an excellent attitude. We had a very pleasant ride. He pointed out known landmarks that was in route to our hotel. And Suggested some places we should try while there visiting. This was a great choice for airport transportation!

Really nice driver from... - Really nice driver from the airport to my hotel. He had a sign with ny name and was very helpful and answered many questions I had about Trinidad. I highly recommend them for your transport upon arriving in Trinidad.

Confusion - I received advance communication from one driver, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, no one was there to meet me. When I called the driver who had previously reached out, he declined my call (he eventually sent a message that someone else was coming to get me). I got a call from the newly assigned driver, but I could not hear what she was saying. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes before she showed up and we connected. This was not a great first impression of this company. Ultimately, the driver was pleasant and drove me safely to my hotel.

My flight was changed and... - My flight was changed and I communicated with the driver, we agreed on the new pick up time. About 20 mins before the pick up time I tried to contact him and there was no answer. I went with another driver because I didn’t want to risk missing my flight. He started to call me at the pick up time and I told him that I already left since he was not responding nor at the location at the pick up time. I need a refund

Never Again - The driver was not there. There was no phone number to call the driver. There was only an email. We looked up the company’s phone number; the office closed at 5pm, our flight landed at 8pm. We were stranded.

Terrible - never again - The driver didnt arrive - Ive appled for a refund and heard nothing ! Very poor service - I wont be using Viator again !
