24 Hours Before Pickup:
A text message will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup to confirm your booking details. This is an excellent opportunity to verify all information is correct. If any changes are needed, please contact us to update your booking.

Driver En Route:
You will receive a text message notifying you that your chauffeur is on their way.

Driver Arrival:
A text message will inform you when your chauffeur has arrived, including a contact number to reach them directly.

Airport Arrival:
Your chauffeur will call to ensure you know which door to exit and will explain how to find your transportation. Look for a chauffeur holding a greeting sign with your name.

Hotel or Airbnb Departure:
Your chauffeur will be waiting at the front of the hotel lobby or residence with a greeting sign displaying your name.
