A text message will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to confirm the booking. This is an excellent opportunity to verify all details. If any changes are needed, please contact us to update the booking.

Driver En Route:
A text message will notify you when your Chauffeur is on the way.

Driver Arrival:
A text message will inform you when your Chauffeur has arrived, including a contact number to reach them directly.

Airport Arrival:
Your Chauffeur will call to ensure you know which door number to exit and will explain how to locate your transportation. Look for a chauffeur holding a greeting sign with your name.

Hotel or Airbnb Departure:
Your Chauffeur will be waiting at the front of the hotel lobby or residence with a greeting sign displaying your name.
