Day 1: Begin your day with breakfast, then embark on a tour of the vibrant Khmer-style Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. Followed by a visit to Wat Phnom Pagoda, a renowned Buddhist temple. Later, explore the central city’s iconic Independent Monument. In the afternoon, we take a solemn journey to the Choeung Ek Killing Center and Tourl Sleng Prison, where from 1975 to 1978, around 17,000 individuals of all ages were detained, tortured at S-21, and eventually executed. Your final stop for the day is the bustling Central Market in Phnom Penh.
Day 2: Start your day with breakfast, then head off to Takeo Province. Our first stop is the historic Chiso Temple, located atop a hill. Next, visit Neang Kmao Temple, built of sandstone and brick in the distinct style of Koh Ker. We then move on to the Ta Mao zoo. The day’s journey concludes at Onle Bati.
