Although I booked a group tour, the company is so professional and reliable that although I was the only guest on the day of my cruise, Red Rose Tours did not cancel my excursion. I spent the day in a comfortable & clean car with a safe and courteous driver, Claudia. Claudia showed me the Dutch & French sides as if I was a close family member by or her best friend. Honesty, I was sad to say goodbye when Claudia dropped me off after an amazingly wonderful, relaxed and educational four hours of island exploration. That said, had we been a small group (instead of having Claudia all to myself) I would have enjoyed it immensely as well. Claudia knows her island and is genuinely overjoyed to be able to share her love for Sint Maarten with guests. It’s the PERFECT excursion for cruise passengers Red Rose Tours’ excursions begin & end at the cruise port. Instructions on meeting point need to say…when you exit the cruise port, walk all the way left where private tour companies meet their guests. It took be asking multiple persons before finding my tour company. Finding the meeting point is easy; just provide instructions or best yet, had Claudia sent me her WhatsApp live location, I could’ve easily come to her. If you’re not in a cruise book it anyway and ask to be picked up at your lodging. I’m attaching a few pics of some of the beautiful sites Claudia showed me. And At the end, before returning to the ship, she allowed me one hour at Mullet Bay Beach, the Dutch sides’s best beach for a refreshingly ocean dip in pristine Caribbean water. Getting a “feel” for St. Martin, both sides - Very interesting. Be sure and ask questions! Guide was very accommodating and little walking involved as she took us right up to the points of interest and promptly picked us up.

Sensational - 10/10 would recommend! This is one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. It allowed time to stop and visit the beaches and provided lots of history of the island. Our tour guide, Sean, was the best!!!

Amazing Time Touring Sint Maarten/St. Martin!!! - This tour is absolutely amazing. We were picked up at our hotel and shown both sides the amazing Island. All stops were long enough to see the destination and the tour guide Shawn was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend this tour!!

Excellent Island Tour - I was the only one on this tour, and I was concerned that they would cancel it. Not only did they not cancel, but I was treated like a VIP by my tour guide, Simanie Andre! He even added a stop for me so I could get French pastries!!! Simanie was very personal and professional, and I learned so much about Saint Martin/Sint Maarten!!

Great Day - Our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. Great tour of the island. They were on time and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Confirmed Booking but no driver available - We booked a private tour direct with the company six months prior to our arrival, and then had follow up emails confirming our tour. When we arrived at the port they had no record of our booking. They were unable to find a driver for us, and told us to find a taxi tour. Our booking completely slipped through the cracks. We wasted over two hours to end up taking a sub par taxi tour. Be warned - even if you’re booked, you may not be!
