Communication was not great between the company. Our guide looked unkept. We were told we would get glow sticks which excited the kids but they did not have any. Don't advertise something you don't intend to do.

The tour was informative but very rushed. We went 3 miles in less than 2 hrs. We were almost in a run to keep up with the guide. Perhaps less content and more time to absorb the information would be nice. I'm 60 yrs old and have a bad knee. Otherwise, the guide was nice, knowledgeable and informative.
