Wonderful tour of Philadelphia's Old City - Unique way to learn some Philadelphia history, with comedy and magic along the way. We loved Rob's sense of humor and fun, including singing to us while performing magic tricks. He was inclusive, even remembering everyone's names. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Unique and Fun - I got a real kick out of this tour! The magic tricks were well done and I was very impressed with a couple in particular. The guide/magician was a lot of fun and kept the tour on track for those with time constraints. And I learned some interesting new history, despite having grown up in the area and being extremely familiar with Philly.

A great and unique to see a part of Philly - Even on a rainy day, Robert handled the difficult job of juggling magic, history and guided walking tour deftly and with a smile and good humor. He combined deftly performed tricks, ones you'd expect to see at a stand-alone show, with a deep knowledge of Philly facts. It was a great way to see a chunk of historical Philadelphia in an unconventional way.

Loved Us Some Good, Old-Fashioned Magic - So I was born and raised in and around Philadelphia my whole life and this was such a fun and unusual way to experience the city. If you are looking for a historical tour, this isn't it. If you're looking to be amazed and perplexed by some cool magic tricks in this special city, then this is it. The magician is such a nice guy and his wife, who was also there, were super nice and he had such a good energy to him. He was cheerful and thoroughly enjoying what he was doing without being over the top. His magic tricks were simple but we are still trying to process what we watched because they were just mind-boggling. I wish there were a couple of magic tricks per stop to be honest but what he did do really was very cool. He was such a good magician- I would love to see him do a full show. Because of all the moving from one spot to the next, which makes sense because it's a walking tour, but because of all the moving the magic tricks felt like an appetizer rather than the main course. I think the best part of all was that it was clean, good, old- fashioned magic tricks that didn't rely on shocking people in a rude or negative way. It was just pleasant, cheerful, and incredibly fascinating. All in all we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. Pro tip, use GoCity, even if you're a local, to get more bang for your buck. Even though it won't give you any real discount here, if you are considering this tour and doing other things too, it will save you lots.

Magical fun walking around Philly's historic areas! - We really enjoyed this quirky tour! I had no clue what to expect (we attended as part of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival events), but Rob (the magician) gave a lively, funny show/walking tour with lots of magic tricks and some facts (about equally true and made up). There was a mixture of ages from a few elementary school kids to millenials to seniors (us), and everyone laughed and said "no way" about equally often. We could hear the kids discussing how he did the increasingly seemingly impossible tricks, and frankly we had no clue how they worked! Definitely recommend!
