Highly recommended - Excellent mixture of wonderful experiences. The Elephant sanctuary, tsunami memorial and turtle program were especially good. Our guides were knowledgeable and seemed genuinely excited about their subjects. Definitely bring a hat and dress to be comfortable but also protect yourself from the heat and sun.

Fantastic Tour - Absolutely fantastic tour our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a real insight into the local culture and the Tsunami from personal perspective. Elephant sanctuary was great a chance to see them close up but without the tourist gimmicks that stress them. The turle conservation centre was fascinating. Overall would absolutely recommend.

Thailando - Everything was fine. Just right. Not too little and not too much of anything. Bring water and mosquito spray, can be beneficial when visiting the parts with the elephants and the waterfall which may not really be a waterfall as it is affected by how much it has rained before.

Tony was an excellent guide and full of lots of information. My dad found it very exciting seeing & feeding the elephants - There was a bit of confusion about the pick up time. It says to meet 10 minutes before so we thought we had to meet at 10 to 10 but the activity started at 10 our pick up was at 9:15 but no one told us that that’s the only thing I can say that was negative about the whole trip. was a lovely morning out from start to finish and the food was absolutely gorgeous and the turtles were really cute, especially the baby ones.

Khao Lak highlights trip - Excellent half day trip. Ended up being a little longer as we waited for other people to join at the elephant sanctuary- which was great as we got to see more of the elephants feeding, walking round and bathing. Food was excellent and our guide was brilliant. I had the impression that we would be able to cool off in the waterfall but it is not suitable for bathing. Travel was in an open back truck with h side seats and not a minivan/car.

A "Win"ner all the way... - We were picked up on time by "Win" our guide & taken to a local temple, this was followed by a dip in the Sai Rung waterfall then on to the highlight of the excursion, the elephant sanctuary. We then visited the Tsunami museum followed by the turtle conservation centre at the naval base and then finally had a lovely Thai lunch at the Waterside restaurant. This excursion had a great variety of activities and our guide "Win" was very friendly & informative.
