We had a fun day - It's a ride to all the same spots as the other Jeep's go to, nothing else included, you need to budget for an ATV or an off roader and hire plastic boards to slide on at the white dunes if you want to do that too. It was a better price to book this whole jeep for my family than paying for individual seats via other tour listings, sure they may come with a bottle of water but otherwise all the same. You could probably do grab/taxi's between the spots but the Jeep's are more fun and less hassle.

A great way to see Mui Ne - We were a group of four, and we decided to go on this trip only hours before it started. We got a quick response and they really organize a great time for us. They changed cars and driver for us during the tour to fit us better. The new driver was really nice and made the tour a better experience. The trip didn’t include a ticket to the Fairy steam, but it was not that expensive per person. The tour takes you to the well known places in Mui Ne, but my favorite was Fairy Stream. It was also great fun to drive the four wheeler on the white sand dunes (be aware: this also cost extra). The sunset on the red sand dunes is also beautiful ending on the tour.

Visit the sand dunes in Muine Ne - We were not told that we would have to pay 200,000dong more per person to the white dunes on top of the 300,000dong paid to the hotel when booking Otherwise nice excursion

Nice drive in a old American Ford Ranger - It was a very nice and complete drive to the dunes in White/Red and the stream. You have to bring some money for the stream and the possibility to go by ATV up to the White sand mountain.

Overrated activity - The jeep hire itself is good and I'd give a total 5 for the whole journey but the places of interests... seriously overrated. The white sand dunes - prepare to pay 300k each for the ATV up (and around) coz u wouldn't wanna walk up. The view from up there is nice but nothing compared to the real sand dunes. The ATV ride was fun tho, especially when going down the dunes. Red sand dunes? Just a plot of land with orangey sand. Dirty with lodsa garbage. No idea what's good about it. The fishing village is simply a place where boats dock. Interesting boats though; looks like a bucket. Fairy stream - it's basically walking along a stream. I guess if you're Asian, all these places will not awe you at all. And in general, Mui Ne is an expensive touristy place.

FLEE GO TRAVEL - very disappointed with the Go Voyages service. I take two one-way tickets in November 2024 Izmir Toulouse and Go Voyages takes them through Turkish Airlines and charges me 566 euros. I never received my electronic tickets. Only ticket numbers. I try to check in through Go Voyages and Go Voyages replies after 24 hours that finally they cannot do it and that we have to see directly with Turkish Airlines. I arrive at check-in and Turkish tells me that Go Voyages has not booked normal tickets but tickets without luggage. I find myself paying 138 euros for our only two suitcases at 23 kg!!!!!

GO TRAVEL SCAMS - Flee agency Go Voyages they charged me with tickets following a mishandling for a flight Marseille - Montreal it's been more than a year that I fight with travel in order to be reimbursed friendly people answer you on the phone but nothing moves despite repeated couriers and friendly people who do not move anything on the phone so I tell you flee at all costs this travel agency they even try to remove negative reviews brief scammers ticket reference Ref 9482083531 not to be accused of an imaginary theft

Information and reimbursement scam - They sell cheap tickets and then send a message that the flight has been cancelled. When they are phoned , they say no, the flight has not been cancelled, do not worry, there is no problem and adding not to hang up the phone right away, answer questions of satisfaction. But the truth is, there's no plane. Nobody pays the money back. Like me several friends had the same story. Every year we have the same problems.

Insurance scam - I live abroad and travel a lot. I usually take out full flex insurance just in case. I wanted to change the dates of my trip out of surprise the extra cost equals the airfare. I have checked the price that go voyages asks me for the flight is more expensive than if I resumed a flight on their own site. I then ask for cancellation and there no refund possible even airport taxes that companies pay only in case of departure of passengers! So don’t be fooled like me: taking insurance with go travel is just getting ripped off a bit more. A month ago I already ran the insurance with another Service Provider and I had no problem!

terrible customer experience - GO TRAVEL: Attention online agency to flee absolutely Request to have return tickets Marseille/Paris Result outright cancellation of tickets...Systematic cancellation when requesting assets or refunds Tickets paid 169 euros compared to only 139 on Air france No response from Customer Service and complaint email address that does not exist and no response to complaint forms ABSOLUTELY LEAK, lowest price guarantee not respected
