Day 1: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

Phakding - Take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 meters/9,383 feet). Enjoy a trek of approximately 4 hours to Phakding (2,610 meters/8,563 feet). This day is designed to be relatively easy to aid in acclimatization.

Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Namche Bazaar - Journey from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters/11,286 feet). Namche Bazaar serves as the primary trading hub of the Khumbu region and offers the first unobstructed view of Mount Everest.

Namche is a picturesque settlement with a lively atmosphere that is unexpected in such a high-altitude location.

Hike to Khumjung, Visit the Everest View Hotel and Return to Namche

Khumjung - Khumjung is a village located in the Khumbu Pasanglhamu rural municipality of the Solukhumbu District in Province No. 1 of northeastern Nepal. It is situated within the Khumbu subregion inside Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Trek Back to Lukla

Lukla - Begin the day with a scenic sunrise from the guest house in Namche. The trek continues through beautiful trails before returning to the settlements in Namche.

Expect to navigate challenging stony paths for 4-5 hours before reaching your destination. The trails explored on this day are the same ones taken on the ascent. Finally, arrive at Lukla and enjoy a restful night.

Fly Back to Kathmandu, Trek Concludes with Joyful Memories
