Transportation Instructions and Contact Information Upon Arrival at Cancun Airport

Upon arriving at Cancun International Airport, please adhere to the following instructions to locate your driver who will transport you to your destination:

• Upon arrival, present the confirmation voucher on your phone to the Company Representative and driver. This voucher contains all necessary information.
• After landing at Cancun Airport, proceed through immigration and customs. We will monitor your flight and its terminal until you exit. Once you have cleared immigration, luggage claim, and customs, you will encounter TIMESHARE REPS and transportation vendors in the hall offering free tours and transfer assistance. Please disregard them and continue walking. Look for our team after exiting the main sliding door; we will be waiting in the designated waiting area with other transfer companies.
• The Company Representative will greet you, holding a tablet displaying your name. Proceed directly through the exit doors marked “GROUND TRANSPORTATION & TAXIS.” If approached by representatives from other agencies or hotels, please do not stop. Be aware of scammers claiming our team has left or offering reimbursements. Rest assured, we will be there waiting for you.

Meeting Points at the Airport:

• Terminal 2 International Airline: After exiting the building, turn right and locate the “Grab and Go Restaurant.” The company representative will be waiting in front with a tablet displaying your name.
• Volaris, Viva Aerobus, or Magnicharter Airlines: After passing immigration, proceed straight to the first automatic gate (look for the “TRANSPORTATION TAXIS” sign) and turn right. Once outside, the representative will be in front of the “Welcome Bar Kiosk” with a tablet displaying your name.
• Terminal 3: After passing immigration (look for the “TRANSPORTATION TAXIS” sign), proceed straight outside. The representative will be waiting at the corner of “MargaritaVille Bar” with a tablet displaying your name.
• Terminal 4: After passing immigration, proceed straight to the first automatic gate and turn left to the exit doors (look for the “TRANSPORTATION TAXIS” sign). Avoid the “Family and Friends Area.” The representative will be in front of Platform “C” with a tablet displaying your name. All representatives and drivers have an Authorized Airport Identification Card.

If it takes more than an hour to exit the terminal due to airline delays, lost luggage, or other reasons, and you do not see our driver upon exiting, please contact us.
