• Tambopata National Reserve - Explore the stunning Sandoval Lake, nestled in the heart of the Tambopata National Reserve. Guests will be collected from their hotel and transported by car to the Madre de Dios River, where a motorboat will be ready to take them to the Tambopata National Reserve. Upon entering the park, a 3 km hike through the jungle awaits, offering insights into the local trees and medicinal plants, as well as opportunities to observe the surrounding wildlife, including squirrel monkeys, red howler monkeys, macaws, and other creatures that may appear along the way. In the jungle, surprises are always possible. At the lake, guests will enjoy a canoe ride, learning about the resident wildlife such as turtles, black caimans, brown capuchin monkeys, and a variety of birds including ospreys, hoatzins, and herons. The search for the endangered giant otters will also be a highlight of the visit.
