No scheduled tour or physical activity is included. After purchasing the membership, the traveler receives instructions for accessing emergency assistance.

If the member experiences an eligible emergency in a mountain or high-altitude environment, they can contact the emergency assistance service. The situation is assessed and, when covered, the rescue team coordinates search and rescue, evacuation, transportation, and other emergency assistance with available local resources.

The traveler should follow the emergency instructions provided by the rescue coordination team and remain in a safe location whenever possible until assistance arrives.

All services are subject to applicable policy terms, coverage limits, geographical conditions, altitude restrictions, and exclusions.
