Highly recommend - The only down side to booking this is you may not get the tour in one day. That is what I booked and unfortunately they were not able to do it. Instead we did 2 days. I want to preface that this is out of their hands, you must purchase the entry ticket in person once they run out online. Book this months in advance to ensure you get the 1 day tour. They ended up accommodating me for a 2 day tour, which was not a big deal for me personally. I actually loved being in the town for a full day. The communication was top tier, everything was communicated effectively and efficiently. There were guides for every point and they all were so sweet. They sent Sonia to pick me up from the hotel, which was so comforting as a solo female traveler. She took a couple and I to the train. From there I spent a day in the village by Machu Picchu and I’m glad I did 2 days. There was many amazing restaurants and Anyhela gave me recommendations to a butterfly garden. It was so cute and she was so good with communicating everything to me. She’s an amazing coordinator. They recommended the Circuit 2A entry for 8am which was the perfect time to go to Machu Picchu. Wasn’t too busy. If you want an even more slow and quiet experience, I recommend the 7am entry. A 10/10 experience personally, everything went so smoothly. Really happy I booked through them. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Edwin - Greatest Tour Guide Ever! - It's quite early in the morning when our bus deposits us in Machupicchu. We had little sleep last night as we were also on another early morning all day tour. Everything changed when we met Edwin - who would turn out to be our best tour guide across our 14 day trip to Peru and Panama - 7 days in each place. First order of business, he said let's have breakfast - you don't have to get on those long lines to get to Machupicchu trail. I know exactly when we need to get on the bus to the trail. And oh was Edwin right. Once we got to the trail, our next 4 hours+ with Edwin on Circuit 1 was nothing short of amazing. He is the consummate professional - extremely knowledgeable, considerate, funny, enthusiastic, compassionate, empathetic, and a helluva photographer and videographer. He ensured we stayed hydrated and gave the option taking breaks as needed. He knew when to step aside and allow us private moments. Edwin made our 14 day vacation. He was easily head and shoulders above all our other guides. Edwin - again - wishing you the greatest fortune, joy, and happiness. God Speed... Always. Cheers Garfield and Elizabeth

Tour has been greatly changed - The tour was not as relaxed as advertised. It started at 4:25 a.m. by car over a very bumpy side track to Ollantaytambo . From there by train at 6:40 am to Machu Pitcchu. Shortly after 8 am we continued by bus (I had to pay for the ticket myself) to the entrance of Machu Pitcchu. So far, everything is still roughly on schedule. Then 9am guided tour of Machu Pitchu until 10:30, was very nice. Was then back at Aquas Calientes around 12 o'clock. My train ticket for the return trip to Ollantaytambo was for 7pm. And that is 7h stay in Aquas Caliente, planned according to the tour description were 2h. Had asked to go back earlier, which seemed impossible. I then bought myself a train ticket for the train and bus to Cusco departure 2:55pm for 130 dollars. So was then as actually planned in the tour description around 7 pm in Cusco. If I hadn't bought the ticket, I wouldn't have been in Cusco until about 10pm. The day was so exhausting, but would have been unbearably exhausting. I think it would be appropriate for them to pay me compensation.

do not book! - Horrible. Two day trip turned into three because we didn't get tickets. Company provided very limited communication and basically kept saying they were 'working on it'. They did not answer questions by text message and ignored my calls even when I called ten times in a row. I ended up figuring out and booking things on my own when I had specifically booked with them so I wouldn't have to. They would not refund the full cost of the new train ticket and transfer which I purchased myself as I couldn't trust them to do it. You also have to continuously ask to be refunded for things that are 'included' that they tell you to buy on your own.

Booked then was told I need to be there 2 days to get ticket - I purchased a ticket for $430 and then received a message from the operator that I would need to switch to a 2-day tour, with 1 day to get the ticket at Machu Picchu. This is not a "seamless, stress free experience. With guaranteed entrance to Machu Picchu" in my read, nor were logistics handled for me. I will be doing it this way myself now, but beware if your read of the terms was also that they would handle the entrance ticket.
