Great ! - We had an amazing snowshoeing experience in the Vitosha Mountains thanks to our Bulgarian guide, Alex. He was extremely professional, caring, and very friendly, with a calm and reassuring presence throughout the tour.
Alex took the time to accompany us properly, always making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. His strength, experience, and attention to detail really showed, and he made the whole tour feel safe and well organized.
He even picked us up from the city center and drove us to Vitosha in a very gentle and professional manner, which immediately made us feel at ease. Beyond being a great guide, Alex is also a genuinely kind and gentle person.
We highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a memorable and well-guided snowshoeing adventure in Bulgaria

Wonderful trip with a wonderful man. - Velko was our guide on this wonderful trip. He knew everything about the history of Bulgaria. Generous, friendly and with a very good mood. Ready to give a solution to any difficulty we found due to the weather.

Epic and a must do!!!! - This day was truly the best day I had on my holiday! It was by far the best excursion I have done! Totally recommend this!!! Phil was my guide and I’m so glad to have had him! For one, I would have got lost up there there if I was on my own. Because of the time of year, the visibility wasn’t so good and you really do need a guide that knows the way! It was snowing and there was low fog/cloud on this particular day. Am I glad I done this at this time of year? Hell yes! It was an awesome experience! Would I do it again, oh yes!!! Phil was hilarious! He was kind, caring sweet, funny, great chat, very professional and knowledgeable! He put safety first and got us up there and down safely 👏 I felt at ease and safe with Phil. I think having a good guide makes or breaks your experience of an excursion. Phil made this one epic!

An amazing sunny hike - An amazing day with a great team! We got very lucky with the weather and had an opportunity to hike up to the 5th lake since it was clear and sunny. It might be a bit challenging physically for some but in general everyone would be able to do it without a lot of preparation. Appreciation to our guide Daniel for his knowledge, competency and responsibility.
The spa itself (as a second part of the day) doesn’t have the best facilities but could be considered as a one time experience after a hike. Highly recommend a cold plunge as a part of the activity.
In general, a great communication from the organization and smooth management.
Would do it again!

Windi, Snowy Hike - A one if a kind experience. It was my first time to do snowshoe hiking and Danny (my guide) made sure i was comfortable, warm, and keeps checking how i was doing.
The trail was 12kms in total..it was nearly pure white all.over bcos of the fog. It was humid and VERY WINDY!! a bit extreme as Danny said. But it was one for the books for me.
Will definitely recmmend this to anyone who wants a different challenging experience.

Flexible, knowledgeable and great guide / company. - Great planning. Kiril helped us with planning and adjusting the trail according to our needs.
Kiril is very knowledgeable and his added value to the tour is really great.
We have enjoyed his company, guides and knowledge in our two days tour in Vitosha without the snow shoes.
We recommend Kiril and we will contact him for future trails with more friends.

Biking in Bulgaria - we all arrived safely back to Israel. Wow is all we can say. We had a wonderful time and very much appreciate the great care and attention to details that both of you,Pano & Orlin, took to ensure our trip was spectacular and amazing. You guys are great professionals in all respects - riders, guides and have the personal human touch. The memories from this trip will certainly last a lifetime, BUT since men have short memories anyways, we must do this again next year!!!Looking forward to receiving the pictures. Please come to see us soon. We promise to return the favor and take you to our trails.

Never picked us up - Never arrived to pick us up and contact number wouldn't work, so we contacted TripAdvisor who luckily gave us a refund, but said the company cancelled the session. We hadn't been emailed/messaged about this at all

They didn’t arrive to pick us up and haven’t gone in touch since - I waited 24hours to write this review incase they contacted me with an explanation but they have not done so.
Myself and my partner booked onto the Vitosha winter snowshoeing hike guide course.
Sadly our guide did not arrive to pick us up!
We waited outside the hotel as requested, 10 minutes early, for 2 hours and they didn’t show up.
The phone number doesn’t work, WhatsApp’s don’t deliver and they didn’t reply to my email.
Very disappointing as the reviews looked good before, although I did find 2 more reviews in the last few weeks where the same thing happened, they just didn’t show up.
Thankfully Expedia are handling the refund so we have protection there. I imagine we’d struggle getting a refund direct from the company as they seem to have gone AWOL
