TV Producer / Chair of the Arts Council

I am a gluttonous traveler. My earliest travel memory is taking a family holiday in Brittany in 1966 and listening to the World Cup Final on our car radio. The place I'm most excited to go to next is Western Australia by helicopter in October.

I would stay at the Hoxton Hotel when visiting London.

Round Pond

The activities that can't be missed

1. Secret Cinema for those looking for quality shows and experiencing the unknown.

2. Silent Opera for a new twist on a classic art form.

3. Round Pond, Kensington Gardens for model boats.

The Square

My favorite places to eat

1. The Square on Bruton St.

2. Clarke's on Kensington Church Street.

3. Pizza East. It's cheap and trendy.

Crossness Engines

The places you should definitely see

1. Olympic Park's re-opening.

2. Crossness Engines in Thamesmead.

3. Dulwich Picture Gallery.

Grayson Perry's tapestries

My favorite hidden gems

1. Kettle's Yard in Cambridge.

2. Grayson Perry's tapestries exhibit "The Vanity of Small Differences."

We took Sir Peter's favorite places and created a Perfect Day.
