This museum sits at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge with innovative & interactive science and art exhibits for kids. It's done in an elegant and engaging way, and is a perfect way to spend the day with your kids.

I was born and raised in this funky small town in the 70s. It has become more sophisticated but maintains its unique soul and charm.

Murray Circle at Cavallo Point - I'd recommend the grilled Padrone Peppers with Rancho Gordo .

FISH in Sausalito - They serve a great fresh salad with their fresh fish of the day.

This is an old army barracks-turned-arts-center that supports artists while they are developing projects. I feel so grateful to have spent time as an artist-in-residence there. They have terrific open studios, events and art auctions. Highly recommend exploring it.

I love the Creekstone Black Angus Filet Mignon with Asparagus.
