Miami And So Be In A Day

3rd Street Beach Yoga

Free! 7am every morning meet at the lifeguard hut at 3rd St Beach for a yoga workout of the day. Just bring a beach towel and a donation for your teacher. Watch the sunset and set a positive tone for your day.

News Cafe

Iconic and good food. The News Cafe offers sidewalk seating right on Ocean Drive. People watch and enjoy a big stuffed veg omelette for a healthy start to your busy beach day.

Deco Bike

Just look for a bike stand like the one pictured above. They are all over the city and your credit card is the magic key. The free South Beach bus will get you where you need to go, but this will be faster - and healthier! And you can stop for a photo op whenever you want.

South pointe

I love the peace and the views from this park. Bike here after breakfast, look around, take some pictures, and then head back towards the center of town.

Miami Culinary Tours

I love food tours and this was one of the better ones I have been on. Enough food for lunch with a lot of historical and architectural information thrown in between. I highly recommend it.

Miami And So Be In A Day

Beach

Pick a spot - any spot! Get your tan on!

Island Queen Cruises

Set sail for a 90 minute narrated cruise of the Bay. See the amazing skyline of SoBe and downtown Miami. See the homes of Star Island and enjoy the breeze as you sail.

Bayside MArketplace

After your cruise walk around the area you find yourself in. It's touristy, but if you want to buy souvenirs, this is the place to do it. Come back at night for live music. Walk south and you'll get more great city views as you near the Miami River.

Wynwood Kitchen & Bar

The tapas are great, but the patio view is better. Such a cool place to have dinner. Before or after walk around Wynwood Walls and Doors which is just a step away. Before going back to downtown proper walk around the neighbourhood and check out the murals on all the buildings.

I would stay at: Hyatt Regency Miami

Many will argue with me here, but I like staying in downtown Miami, not on South Beach. This hotel is in the heart of downtown and in walking distance of several Miami Trolleys that take you to really cool neighbourhoods.
