Drivers great….Viator communication lacking. - The correspondence between the driver and myself was pretty good… Any issues or misunderstanding I had was with the way Viator doesn’t make things clear and easy way to communicate. But when I was able to communicate with my driver, the instructions were excellent, and they were very accommodating. All the people involved that I actually interacted with were extremely nice.

Excelent - I was very satisfied with the transportation service in Istanbul. From the beginning, everything was punctual and well organized, which made my experience very smooth and stress-free. The driver was extremely kind, attentive, and professional at all times. He made sure the trip was comfortable and was willing to help with anything I needed, which I truly appreciated, especially being in a new city. Overall, I consider it an excellent service: reliable, comfortable, and with outstanding customer care. I would definitely use it again and highly recommend it.

Excelent service! - I totally recommend Rento. I was with a group of friends in Istanbul for a few days and I can say that I had no emotions with the airport transfers. Very punctual and professional and the prices are very good. I will definitely use them again next time!

Good driver, good car bad support - The one star is only for the driver, not anything else. The customer support had the worst attitude I have ever experienced from any company. Told them when my plane landed - no answer - told them it was a bit late to let me out of the plane - no answer - told them the drivers phone number was wrong and then the attitude came with: what are you up expecting from us, you don't need the drivers phone number, he's waiting for you outside. My only concern was the driver was to let the driver know I was late. But they gave me the worst attitude I have ever experienced
