The temple’s prominent feature, the 7-tier Pagoda of 10,000 Buddhas, showcases a blend of Thai, Burmese, and Chinese architectural influences. After exploring the temple grounds, visitors can enjoy a funicular rail ride up Penang Hill. At 830 meters above sea level, this location was a popular hill retreat during colonial times. Today, it offers a stunning panoramic view of Georgetown and the Straits of Malacca. On clear days, Butterworth on the mainland is also visible.
