To view the sea and sunset in a relax place - It was on time. Our guide was wonderful—very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even though Peggy’s Cove wasn’t really my favorite spot (is simple) , the guide’s good service made the tour worthwhile. The sunset was nice…I am glad I took the 6PM tour.

A great ride to the Cove - A great way to get to Peggy's Cove as well as a the citadel and cemetery. My tour guide had interesting information about the city and sights. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! Sunset hour makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Great Experience on a Wonderful Tour! - My tour guide was outstanding. He was so welcoming, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable about both Peggy’s Cove and Halifax. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable while sharing fascinating stories along the way. The sunset at the lighthouse was unforgettable and it was clear how much care he put into making the tour special. I had such a great time and would recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

Extraordinary - The geology is mind boggling. There are lots of people; but, everyone was polite and respectful of other visitors. As long as you follow the precautionary warnings you can have a safe and extremely good time.

Five stars - Nilah was a wonderful tour guide and host. She was very knowledgeable about Peggy’s Cove and Halifax and kept us engaged with her great story telling. She went above and beyond with our tour. We highly recommend if you are in Halifax for a visit.

The tour operator failed to pick up our group of 3 at Halifax Marriot hotel. - The tour operator (SeeSight tours by Trip Sheperd) failed to pick 3 of us up at Halifax hotel for a 6pm reservation to make it to Peggy's Cove for sunset at 7:29, despite our calls & texts. A 7pm was then offered, but hotel was 55 minutes from the Cove, meaning we'd miss sunset completely. A promised return call regarding a refund never happened.

Disappointment - Tour Canceled at Last Minute - We were waiting at the tour meeting place for more than an hour. When we contacted the operator, they said there was some confusion and there was not a tour guide available. Our tour was cancelled and we were given a refund. We wasted our evening and due to lack of time we were not able to visit Peggy’s Cove. We were looking forward to this tour and were very disappointed.

Disappointed - The driver did not show up at pick up point. Called office and they did not know where driver was. Cancelled trip office person says they will provide refund, however no email confirmation sent.

It’s just a fancy taxi to get to the lighthouse from downtown Halifax - The experience was really poor, tho the driver was really nice, he didn’t have any relevant information nor about Halifax neither Peggy’s Cove, he even commented that he thinks that Peggy’s Cove was boring and there’s nothing to do, plus he was trying all the way there to make business with the other guest who were from another province of Canada. In addiction he didn’t drive to any of the sights mentioned in the itinerary, if it was our only day there and we’d relied on the tour we wouldn’t saw or learn anything about the city. As other tourist commented it was more like a taxi, tho I budgeted an uber drive there and it would cost cheaper, we really took the tour for what they say they offer but we didn’t get anything more than just the drive.

Do not book - they will cancel! - The entire experience was horrible.
It states a pickup from your hotel in the description, so i wrote the name of the hotel when I signed up.
I sent them an email to confirm the pickup from the hotel but they told me my hotel was outside of the pickup zone and that I should come to a certain address that was 20+ minutes drive from my location.
I tried contacting them again, but they didn't respond to my emails. Only after calling them twice, they responded that I must go to the pickup location. That was at 17:30 when the tour was supposed to start at 17:50-18:00.
I quickly grabbed an Uber just to get a notification WHEN I GOT THERE at 17:50 that the tour was canceled.
I paid for the Uber 45 CAD for nothing.
It is just annoying and I don't know what changed between 17:30 and 17:50 that made them cancel the tour, but I wish they would have told me that before I left the hotel to come to the pickup spot.
I feel I should be reimbursed for the Uber rides.
