It was a lot of fun. We all had fun trying to figure out the clues.
We enjoyed our time, we didn't make it out but it was a blast.
It was a fun challenge. It only left us wanting to solve more puzzles! Waiting for our picture to be posted!
My husband and I have done at least 50, but probably closer to 60-70 escape rooms across the US (including all of your other rooms). This one was far and away one of the very best. So impressed by the set design, the unique puzzles, and the lack of (almost) any locks! Very very well done! We always recommend Lock & Clue to our friends as one of the best escape-room establishments in the RI/MA/CT area. Keep up the great work!
What a great room! The concept was very unique and the solutions to the puzzles ranged from thought provoking to physical as well. A great combination. Highly recommend.
Very challenging and so much fun! I CANNOT wait to see what they come up with next.
The story line of the room was intriguing and well planned. The special effects were top notch and worked well. The attention to detail was appreciated as it makes the experience so much better. The room at the start of the game reminded me of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. I'm still trying to get my head around how that room, with all of the details, can be done without monitoring. Amazing. PS: that wooden cube still has me mesmerized.
It was a great experience for my whole party. Can’t wait to come back!
Lock and Clue is one of the most polished looking escape rooms I’ve been to. Beautiful venue and absolutely spectacular set designs in their games. We played the Sorcerer’s Curse, which just opened this weekend. We were the second team to finish and overall had fun through the first half, but found ourselves floundering later. The imperfect rating isn’t because the game was still rough - my team knew going into it that opening weekends are rough on new games, having played some other ones ourselves. We were disappointed at the severely late start time (about 30-40 minutes late) and the numerous puzzles that felt very unclear or illogical in the last half of the game. We also had someone partially deaf on our team, but even those with perfect hearing had trouble understanding the auditory effects and clues within the game - it was all too quiet or not clear enough. We hope to come back and try The Cellar or The Vault, one of their older games that is already stress tested - And I’d recommend anyone else who isn’t willing to be patient with the slow evolution of a new room do the same!
