I chose this package because of the week night deal. My first dissatisfaction came when the employee called to confirm my reservation and ask me if I noticed that this party did not include pizza. While I greatly appreciate not being surprised by no pizza the night of the party, I recommend making that wording more obvious. Once I got to the Bounce House I was pleasantly surprised to pretty much have the place to ourselves. Thursday night is a great night to have a party! It made it much easier to keep track of the kids. Unfortunately my next dissatisfaction came in the party room. I was not told to come set up food and assumed the party host took care of it. I was not happy when I ended up having to rapidly serve pizza and then try to set out and organize additional food as 27 hungry and thirsty kids quickly finished their one juice box and one slice of pizza and asked if there was anything else. I also wasn't pleased that I was not allowed to bring water in for the parents. I didn't find the party host to be all that helpful either. In fact he wasn't even in the room most of the time. He brought the food and presents to the room, cut the cake, and loaded a cart with the presents at the end. I wouldn't say he earned a 15% recommended tip and therefore we did not give him that much.
