We were not able to participate because we were not informed that each person needed photo ID’s. On top of that, we were not refunded in full. They kept 25.00.

It should be sent in the text reminder to arrive 15min prior to your appointment. We showed up at our appt time, and the woman at the desk seemed very irritated and reprimanded us for being late. She told us we can reschedule or go as quickly as possible. We decided to stay and only smash for 15 minutes which was enough time for us anyway. And that part was great. It would have been fine if those were our options since we were apparently late, but it wasn’t necessary to be rude with us.
