Easy Way to Get Around to Visit Most of Paris's Tourist Attractions - he Tootbus routes take you all around Paris to visit most of the of the well-known attractions. It is well-priced, especially if you get it with one of the many tourist combo passes. The buses are generally on time and easy to hop on and off. The are not particularly quick so if you are in a hurry you are best off using the train or bus network. They do a commentary as well which is informative and sometimes humorous

Excellent way to see all of the main sights - Excellent way to see all of the sights. Easy to book, easy to read the leaflet and just brilliant! Commentary a bit random at times but just enough and very informative. Highly recommend especially if your feet are hurting!

We loved the Tootbus! - We had a 2 day ticket for the Tootbus during our weekend in Paris and it was brilliant! A great route around the city enabling you to be able to see all the sights and we had the addition on a river cruise too. We used the app so we could see where the buses were which meant we didn't have to wait around at a stop too long for a bus. The drivers were friendly and helpful and drove very well in the crazy Parisian traffic! We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Ok - It was nice expirience, but we are little disaponited because we are come in the Latin quarter and we supose will go out there too. But we must go out on bus last station, so we didnt going all circle. The little child was sleeping and we must go out while we have a half hours more to drive. It was dark already and we must walking with child to the hotel over 40 minutes. Next day we had a plane for going home so we couldnt use our 24 hourrs ticket to drive with the bus.

See above - It was ok but nothing special. I have used hop on hop off buses in a number of other cities and the stops were closer to attractions, we did a lot more walking to find the bus stops!

Average..only one route. - Average, it is a pity it does not make any more routes than the Blue Line as the L'Open tour did, it is a very short route and does not even leave you Close to Montmartre, a MUST Location in Paris. So as it has only 1 route for hop on hop off, you can either choose this or the other Company, because neither company stands out over the other.

Bus great, stops easy to find. WORST commentary ever! - We have done a few hop on hop off tours, like London and Barcelona, and this felt the same.... BUT, and I am not sure if this is just the English Commentary, but it was sooooo BAD it was almost a comedy - we were laughing so much - because it is that bad. You learn more about the commentator than Paris! You learn that they like Jogging, that they come from Bristol - but almost nothing about the wonderful city of Paris - which is a real travesty to be honest. We had such a nice trip that it didn't bring us down - but if we stop and think about it, it's fairly expensive for commentary of this standard. I hope the other languages have better info. Get it re-recorded ASAP. I feel like I could do a better job, and I've only been to Paris twice! The bus drivers, staff, are very friendly, the buses are modern and clean - that is the good side of things. it really is as simple as sorting out commentary that focuses on the history and architecture. Even our young sons want to learn, not listen to nonsense "wannabe" comedians, you don't need to make it funny, make it informative. Sad to say it, but kinda wish we'd tried a different service, based purely on the audio commentary. Everything else is great so, after reading these reviews it's a shame they've not listened and sorted sooner.

Choose Big Bus Instead - We had to change buses 3 times, twice at one stop because the bus broke down. This tour was a total letdown. Hours published on website and and app did not match what drivers told us.

Awful customer service - If I could give this tour company 0 stars I would. We purchased a tour today to spend our last day in Paris being able to relax and hop in and off at our leisure. There was a fire today need the Notre Dame. We were dropped off at a location that was not the original intended location. We were never notified by the bus driver we would not be picked up here OR any indication that “hopping” back on would be problematic. We were not even informed that this drop off spot was a temporary drop off. We learned all of this after nearly 2 hours of waiting at both the temporary spot and original spot. Getting the office on the phone was impossible. Finally reached the office via WhatsApp and was met with probably one of the most rude customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. While I fully understand and appreciate that a tour company cannot predict or control a fire and street closures, it is their responsibility to keep bus drivers informed. And those bus drivers have a responsibility to inform customers about potential difficulty hopping back on the bus. We wasted €95 and our last afternoon & had to utilize an Uber to get us to the tour start location. Empathy and understanding is a much better route to customer service. Spend the extra euros and take Big Bus for a hop on/hop off tour in Paris.
