Wine making - We had an excellent time and learned a lot about the science and careful consideration that goes into each individual grape selection and the complexity of formulating the most palatable taste combination!

Fun for anyone with even the smallest interest in wine! - I booked this tour for my father and boyfriend, who are both wine enthusiasts. They constantly raved about how much they learned about wine and the wine-making process. They were able to create their own ratio of wine, get it bottled, wax the top, and take it home! Both of them are so excited to open their bottles in about 2 years. Willie was a fantastic guide answering all their questions (and I know my father asked a whole lot!). My boyfriend also kept talking about the charcuterie cheeses served - he took a few bites home for me and it was amazing! We went on a huge cheese kick afterward. Just keep in mind how many bottles of wine you order. I initially thought I bought 4 bottles for the twi of them to take home together, but they ended up with 4 bottles EACH! Though, coming into more wine than expected is definitely a happy accident. We hope to do this tour again in the future so we have more of our own personalized wine waiting to be opened!

This is one of the... - This is one of the coolest things I have ever done. Creating my own bottle of wine was fascinating to say the least. Highly recommend this activity.

Great experience - This is a great experience for all, my partner wouldnt normally drink red wine but really enjoyed trying all the different wines and the experience of making our own bottle. Well worth the money, everybody was friendly and up for a laugh. Our host was excellent!

Fun and unique experience - A fantastic and unique experience. We tasted 5 different wines, had a cheese and charcuterie platter (that is extra) and then made our wine. We had a lot of fun and made good wine.

Concept top but group of 20 people!!!! - The concept is great to design its bottle. However we were a group of 20 people and it was factory and not really workshop. It’s a shame. Groups should be limited to 10 people!
