Paris DS21 tour - Wonderful tour through central Paris in a gorgeous DS21. Amazing how well our driver got us round all the sights in rush hour. May I, gently, suggest that the guide slows down his flow of information. Very informative in great English but tricky with all the windows open to hear/understand.

Tour of the city in classic style - We got to see all the sights, and given all the picture suggestions along the way. Also be prepared that your tour will also be a sightseeing event for other travelers taking pictures of you.

A stylish "joy ride" but lacks substance and cultural commentary - We booked a 3-hour tour in a vintage Citroën DS for a special birthday celebration. Overall, it was a mixed experience that functioned more as a stylish chauffeur service than a guided cultural tour. The Positives: The car itself is incredible—it’s a beautiful piece of history that turns heads and gets a lot of attention throughout the city. Our driver was a nice man and a skilled navigator, expertly "zooming" through Paris traffic with ease. He was also very helpful in finding the best spots for photos, which we appreciated. The Disappointments: As a "tour," this experience fell completely flat. The issues went far beyond a language barrier (his English is limited) Our driver seemed fundamentally unable to connect with his audience or fulfill the basic requirements of a guide. He provided next to none cultural or historical commentary; instead, he simply pointed at things and named them (at best gave a date of when it was built) without stories or engaging context. At times, The commentary was almost comical in its randomness. He pointed out "gas station" three times, and named grocery stores , 5-star hotels and a list of luxury brand stores, as we passed them, providing no further information—something we could obviously see for ourselves. Also distracting and unprofessional, however, was his attempt to "engage" by showing us K-pop and other celebrity contents on his phone while we were touring. Even when we showed absolutely no interest, he continued. It was a strange distraction and took away from the beauty of the city we had paid to see. When we tried to ask about history or culture, he either gave no response or continued to his random, irrelevant comments. Verdict: If you want a stylish "joy ride" in a cool car and someone to take photos for you, this works. But if you are looking for a professional guide who can provide cultural depth and engage with a family, this is not it. It felt like a hollow performance that was often more confusing than informative.

Horrible. - The owner is really unpleasant, you pay then he will do everything for you to cancel!!!! It's a scam.

Regrettably, the private... - Regrettably, the private sightseeing tour was cancelled by the provider due to vehicle issues, with confirmation that both vehicles were out of order. This is disappointing, and I am now required to cancel and pursue a refund.

Avoid. - This experience was not just disappointing, it was deeply upsetting. This tour was part of my elderly, disabled grandmother’s bucket list, and we were in Paris for just over 24 hours. Abi failed to show up, leaving us both standing in the rain at the meeting point with no warning and no apology. Because of the short notice, we were left without any alternative way to see the sights, which was particularly distressing given the significance of this trip for her. Abi then asked me to cancel the booking, despite knowing that cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Had I followed his instruction, I would have lost the entire cost of the tour, even though it was he who failed to meet the booking. To me, this felt like a cheeky and inappropriate attempt to retain the payment despite not providing the service. When I explained we couldn’t wait an additional 1.5 hours due to a pre-booked dinner reservation, still no apology was offered. Instead, I received rude and unprofessional messages. He also admitted he had already taken the car to the garage and was on his way home by train, meaning he knew well in advance that he wouldn’t make our scheduled time but still chose not to inform us. I opened a case with Viator to request a refund, but he has been unresponsive to their enquiries as well, causing further unnecessary delays. Overall, the conduct was extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed a complete lack of respect for our time and circumstances.
