The guided tour of the palace includes the State Apartments of the King and Queen, Royal Chapel and Hall of Mirrors, a richly decorated gallery which boasts 357 mirrors, french bay windows and crystal chandeliers.

Better than expected trip to Palais de Versailles with Nicolas! - Great tour with Nicolas of a must-see attraction. The Palais de Versailles is more stunning in person than we expected - reviews cannot adequately describe the experience. Nicolas made the tour an amazing experience by explaining Versailles’ history in great details - thank you!
Ride was about 30-40 mins each way for us. You will spend some time outdoors, so dress appropriately.

Outstanding Visit to Versailles - Our visit to Versailles was wonderful from beginning to end. The Paris Trip tours office was busy but efficient. Our guide Henri was absolutely outstanding; probably the best we’ve had on many tours in various cities. He had extensive knowledge of history and shared a lot of information; and quizzed us along the way. More importantly he made all of his (unrelated) small group feel welcome and comfortable.

History, Grandeur & Insight at Versailles - Our tour of Versailles with Nicholas was truly exceptional. His knowledge, storytelling, and ability to weave history, context, and human detail together made the palace feel alive rather than overwhelming.
Nicholas struck the perfect balance between facts and fascinating stories, helping us understand not just the grandeur of Versailles, but the people, politics, and daily life behind it all. The pace was thoughtful, engaging, and never rushed, allowing us to really absorb the beauty and significance of each space.
If you’re visiting Versailles and want more than just a walk-through, Nicholas delivers an experience that’s informative, memorable, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

A Day at Versailles - We had a great time on our tour to Versailles. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, providing information all the way to Versailles, during the tour, and on the way back to our meeting place. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in experiencing this amazing place.

1/2 day tour small group tour of Versailles! - Fantastic tour of the beautiful Versailles. Our tour guide Ricardo was fantastic! So knowledgeable, and personable. He has a flair for presenting the human stories of the history. We Would highly recommend this. Only regret was that we didn’t go for the full day. So much to see.

Great history - Very interesting half day trip. Our guide was amazing. Bus ride clean and comfortable. Only reason for only 4 stars was time of year. Fountains weren’t on and gardens prepped for winter.
