Seine River cruise - It was wonderful to see Paris from the river! It would be nice if there was a way to hear about what we were passing on the seats outside on the top of the boat

Glad we did it - Nice cruise on the Seine allowing you to see numerous landmarks in short period of time. Some challenge finding embarkation site.

Ok, but would skip if we knew about the yelling. - Standard cruise on the Seine. The most annoying thing on the "cruise" was passengers literally screaming as we passed under each bridge. You know how many bridges there are and it happened each time, so... it was funny once but 10 times later it affected the enjoyment and no one bothered to stop it. Maybe it was the clientele? So, I would said try a different line.

Not the best - The cruise itself was good. We left 20 minutes late, which made us rush to our next destination. And we never got the food tastings we paid for. Very disappointed.

Beware if this company. It’s a scam! - I bought the tickets 4 hours before the cruise but they never sent the tickets. I did received a confirmation email to exchange the tickets but when I went to the ticket booth, they said they can’t do anything, said I should have received an email with the confirmation code. The ticket agent helped me to message them via WhatsApp but no reply. I reached out to them again but no respond. I had to reached out to Viator to let them know what’s going on. Viator tried calling them but no answer. They then emailed them but nothing. After the cruise scheduled time past, I reached out to Viator for a refund. Viator said they’ll email them for refund but may take 24 hours. I’m hoping I’ll get the refund otherwise I’ll dispute it with my credit card company. So disappointed.

To fleeeee attention ⚠ - Very, very bad experience... bravo you ruined my evening and that of my spouse. Tickets more expensive than on site ⚠ No electricity at the end of the cruise 😡 No tasting 😡 Organisation null 😡
