Relaxing and Informative - The river cruise was get. The guide did a great job telling us about the buildings and history of Paris. It was nice to sit back and listen to the guide.

Boat ride good. Difficulty understanding guide - Overall the night time Seine river cruise was good. The monuments were all lit up. Minor inconveniences: Tour guide's English was difficult to understand. Boat had only 1 working restroom

Getting to location of... - Getting to location of departure was a bit confusing. Highly recommend a boat ride down the Seine, though. It was a good intro to the city and all that it has to offer.

River cruise - There appeared to be a problem with the boat as the previous one was late. The queuing was a bit chaotic but once on the staff were very apologetic. Great views and commentary. The sparking Eiffel Tower was the highlight

Make app easier. - Getting the tickets to show the boat operator was not possible. I got stuck in a continuous loop of trying to login. Made my wife upset, whole trip ruined.

Finding the boat was very... - Finding the boat was very easy. There was a que to get on the boat and we were unable to get inside seating even with arriving 15 minutes early. Seating on top was great even with the short window of rain.

Overbooked - Booked time for 8:15 pm but were told it was booked up and had to wait until the next time. Not sure what the point of having an advance timed ticket is for if you don’t get to ride for the time purchased.

Beautiful city, loud engine - The ride over the Seine is a must when visiting Paris. I chose this ride as it had the highest evaluations, but my experience was otherwise. The boat had a loud engine. So loud I was not able to hear any of the guide’s comments. The ride was not smooth, the engine made the boat vibrate so bad, that I could feel my teeth chattering. I ended with a head ache and glad it was over.

Not as pictured. - We thought the boat would be as pictured with an open deck and closed first floor. It was completely open and it was 30 degrees.
