Recommended. - It is a different view, at night it looks divine, I recommend going upstairs to see everything better and wear coat if it is a winter night to enjoy more. Crepe can be avoided, it is only sweet, if you want balance you have to pay extra so you do not need to anticipate the purchase.

Great time on the river... - Great time on the river cruise but in order to get the free crêpes, you had to walk a little bit of a distance. It was freezing and rainy and it wasn’t worth walking that distance to get the free crêpes. But it was really nice seeing the Eiffel Tower and the different areas on the river. Did have a difficult time understanding whoever was speaking on the loudspeaker telling us what we were seeing when we were on the river.

Boat Cruise - Boat was fun, but our 6 pm boat reservation didn’t leave until 7:30 pm… and no crepes. Overall, my kids and I had fun- just think it could have been organized a bit better!

Not impressed - Viator did not release paid tickets so it took us over an hour if denial in lines to finally receive our tickets that were paid for two weeks ago. The local worker at boat gate who was trying to assist us advised us that Viator sometimes has scammers involved.
Boat ride was very nice.
Had to walk over a mile for the crepe which the vendor who made the crepe actually had already made crepes that looked more like a thick burrito that he warmed up. We did mor have the chocolate or cinnamon and sugar option as noted on the tour information, we had lemon juice from a bottle and sugar. We took one bite and threw them away. Horrible!
Would not recommend this tour.

Cruise without pancakes already paid for with tickets - I booked a cruise and 2 pancakes on the way back. We did not have a pancake. Everything was closed on the platform when arriving at around 9pm. And there was no indication on our reservation to tell us where to find the pancakes. I bought one elsewhere for my granddaughter. She loved seeing the Eiffel Tower from the boat. Otherwise, you don’t have to be afraid of queues and everything is fine.

Une expérience à oublier - Total disorganization. Indications almost non-existent. More than 3 hours in a row on the road. Very few staff who can't give directions, only to queue. In-app assistance does not exist. Experience to forget on the borderline between bad service and a scam. We paid for a cruise on the Seine that was not possible to do and we demand a full refund of what was spent and there would be all the extremes to claim damages. The customer service, if any, should at least respond with an apology.
Total disorganisation. Indications almost inexistantes. Plus de 3 heures d'attente dans la rue. Personnel très peu nombreux et incapable de nous renseigner, se contentant de nous faire patienter. Assistance via inextant application. Une expérience à oublier, entre service deplorable et arnaque. Nous avons payé pour une croisière sur la Seine qui n'a pas pu avoir lieu et nous exigeons un remboursement intégral. Nous sommes pleinement justifiés de porter plainte pour dommages et intérêts. Le service client, s'il existe, devrait au moins présenter des excuses.

Horrible customer service. Liars - Awful experience. They oversold the boat we bought because it was Valentine’s Day. Told us we likely wouldn’t get on even the last one that night despite showing up an hour early for our ticket time. Someone came around and gave us a slip of paper saying we could get a full credit. When I emailed for my full credit, via said no you cannot have a full credit. Horrible service. Will NEVER USE AGAIN.

Ship of Fools!! - I have been on this tour 4 times!! I love it so much, this time it was TERRIBLE!!!!
Everyone was moving around the boat, no one would stay in their seats. Children were unattended, running up and down the stairs, screaming, and yelling at. The guest on the boat were absolutely obnoxious, rude and unruly. The boat staff completely ignored our request to ask the people to stay in their seats. It was absolutely so disruptive and very distracting. Not to mention that the.Crepe place wasn’t even there!! there were no crêpes on the tour although they advertised it! This is the first time this is ever happened. I will be requesting a full refund.!!
