Great Overview - Great quick overview of Paris from the water. Hits a lot of key architecture. Helpful to orient you to the city and see some of the big landmarks.

It was a lovely... - It was a lovely experience. We decided to stay inside where there was seating that faced each other. The line to boards seems terribly long, but it moves quite quickly. Listening to the audio tour was nice and educational.

Good for sightseeing - Good river cruise with excellent views of Paris and its sites. It was a very large boat, and the audio guide was through a telephone near your ear. There was not one guide speaking to you the entire time. The crêpes were accessible only at two particular grape stands completely across Eiffel Park, so we did not wind up going all the way there. It was mostly a cruise, not guided and the crepes are very difficult to get.

Cruise Could Be ? - River Cruise has it’s charm due to it being located in the iconic city of Paris. However the information from this site has some updating on tickets being processed along with the truth about when, where, or stop saying anything that is wrong. For me, coming from another country, I think this experience could have may explain. One very interesting thing was the address listed for the crepe was very difficult using google maps as a guide to navigate to it. So maybe giving more information about what street map could help.

So-so sightseeing of Paris - The boat fills up quickly and the prime seats are up on top. We weren’t fortunate enough to sit up top but were able to find seats below beside an open window-which is what we wanted for picture taking. The have a QR code you can scan for audio commentary but were never able to get it to work. Someone did do commentary in several languages but by the time they got to English we were past whatever they were pointing out.
The lights weren’t working in any of the restrooms and that was a nightmare. Thank goodness for cell phone flashlights.
The crepes were quite a distance from the boat. Once we got there I was surprised that it was just a food truck. The crepes were pre-made and they just put filling on them and heated them up.

Don't book and pay for... - Don't book and pay for the crepe part. No one could tell us where the restaurant was . Google said it was 6 km away . Needless to say we didn't get our crepes. That was wasted money. The boat ride was good. Download the guide, the explanations of sites, buildings etc was poor,
I think we should be refunded the price of the crepes.

Poor customer service - I did not get a QR code sent to me and when I contacted them they said they sent it with no other help for us. No refund either. We wanted to do the cruise, so we paid for it on our own.
